马氏住宅就在汪氏小苑的旁边，这边是一个典型的扬州盐商的民居，里面虽然并不算是特别的大，但是该有的东西还是有的，没有什么园林，但是这边三进三出的风格还是挺好，这边也算是东关街的区域外面了，也还是交通比较便利的地方，外面那个小马路很多机动车在行走，这里面有一口井，还是挺有名气的，除此之外，这里的窗户也是挺有扬州江南风格，尤其是墙壁上面的砖头，看起来就特别不错，扬州也可以说是清朝时期盐商的聚居处了，遍地都是他们以前的故居。
