Good Dimsum restaurantWe went on a food trip with a brother - a New York Su chef . We were a party of 16. Maxims has been the largest Dimsum house I hav ever been to. We had to be there as soon as the place opened as there is a long cue to get in. One should try the taro puff , the pork bun , the crispy fish with garlic , and the mango with grape fruit dessert. This is a must try restaurant when in Hong Kong !
