Summer Palace Review

May was hot, so be careful to take water with you beforehand. Busy at the temples and palaces, but outside of this you can get away from the crowds walking along the causeways.

This palace was built upon a hill facing a lake. Felt breeze while walking on the lawyers of buildings demonstrating their splendor, uniqueness and magnificence

Spring is more beautiful than winter, the lake is open, you can do a boat, the feeling of boat tour is still very different, especially the legs! You must take a boat with the elders, you can save your physical strength and you can see a different scenery!

The Summer Palace is a royal garden in the Qing Dynasty of China. It is located in the western suburbs of Beijing, 15 kilometers away from the city. This garden is based on Kunming Lake and Wanshou Mountain. It has learned the design techniques of Jiangnan gardens and is known as the "Royal Garden Museum". Its area is about 3.009 square kilometers, of which the water is about three-quarters, adjacent to the Yuanmingyuan. The architectural style of the Summer Palace is unique, integrating the essence of the royal garden, and every detail is exquisite. The lake is wide and the mountains are reflected in it, which makes people feel refreshing. Walking in the park, you can enjoy the beautiful scenery and feel the vastness of Chinese traditional culture.

a nice place to visit with my dad. it was summer season and it was quite windy when we visited that place. nice to take pics too.

Very big place and beautiful scenery and flower( very recommend to go there on April so you can enjoy flower there too) with 30 RMB ADMISSION (. 60 RMB admission to all extra area ) what a pity I went on a cloudy day

Strolling through the Summer Palace in China was like stepping into a fairytale. The colorful buildings and blooming gardens made for a picturesque scene. Finding a shady spot by Kunming Lake, I took in the peaceful atmosphere. Wandering around, I discovered hidden gems at every turn, making me appreciate China's history and beauty even more.
