Tomb of Su Yu Review

In 1935, Su Yu and Liu Ying led the Red Army of Chinese Workers and Peasants into Zhejiang, established a base of guerrilla warfare in southwest Zhejiang, centered on the entrance of Suichang Wangcun, and wrote a patent chapter of the three-year guerrilla war in southern Zhejiang. On May 15, 1984, Comrade Suyu's will, representatives of the Central Military Commission and Suyu's children escorted Comrade Suyu's ashes to the entrance of Suichang Wangcun, and scattered them on Moonlight Mountain. In 1985, the Suichang County Government opened a park at the entrance of Wangcun Mountain and established a memorial pavilion for Comrade Suyu. Ye Fei, vice chairman of the National People's Congress, gave an inscription to Comrade Suyu's monument.
