Xisai Mountain Scenic Area is located on the south bank of the Yangtze River in the east of Huangshi City. Xisai Mountain is also known as Daoji and Jitou Mountain, and the altitude is 176.5 meters. From the end of the Eastern Han Dynasty to the founding of New China, the war in Xisai Mountain has occurred more than 100 times, and the literati Yashi watches the morning and twilight of Xisai Mountain and recites nearly 100 poems, and leaves many cliff stone carvings on the steep cliff wall. The city garden department began to visit the trail, promenade, Shangguan Pavilion, Taohua Pavilion, chain guardrail along the river and Taohua Ancient Cave, and the ancient hook fish platform in Xisai Mountain from May 1985. The ancient cave of peach blossom is in the steep wall of the river on the north side of Xisai Mountain. The cave is about 3 meters high, up and down, like a temple gate, and 2 meters in the inside is closed by stalactites. It is legendary that Zhang Zhi, a poet in the Tang Dynasty, rests or shelters from the rain or the wind when fishing. The cave door is engraved with the four words of peach blossom ancient cave. In 1985, the first-line gorge of the dangerous road to the ancient cave was widened and a 90-meter-long chain guardrail was installed to ensure the safety of tourists. Among the northeast cliffs of the mountain, there have been many stone carvings, such as flying boats, carp stones, tiger leopard gates, dragon caves, Yunlin triumph, earthquake markers, and bell cliffs, Buddha palms, etc., some have faded with the years. On a stone of more than 4 meters high on the riverside of Xisai Mountain, there are three big characters in Xisai Mountain that are 1 square meter square per word, which is the handwriting of Zhu Qichang of the Ming Dynasty. Xisaishan iron pile is on the right side of Taohua Cave, high 8.2 cm, wide 3 cm, thick one cm, there is a slot in the middle of the iron pile, and there is a basket next to it. Legend is the relics of Wu Wang Sunyan Tielock Hengjiang. Long Grottoes Temple is under the mountain in Xisai Shandong, a site of the Tang Dynasty. Partially restored in 1986. There was a peony flower left by the Ming Dynasty in the temple. The surnamed Jia family in this place helped a poor showcasing his master's intention to go to Beijing to catch the test and die. The showcasing talent after success found this, and the hoe borrowed peony flowers to show innocence, so that the peony flowers became white and aromatic, colorful and charming. The flower was seized by the Japanese during World War II. The antique building of Beiwang Pavilion is located on the foothills of the Beifeng Mountain of Xisai Mountain. Here you can overlook the river Tao rushing east, and the scattered flower continent and Cehu Lake in the north of Jiangbei. The three words of the main entrance of the Pavilion are written for the title of the crop. There is a couplet on the north side of the Pavilion, the upper link: the past and the past; Downlink: Look at the heart of the world. There is also a pair to the south, uplink: the shape wins in Wutou Chuwei; downlink: the wind flows from ancient times to the present.
