They upgraded our room for free! It was a one-bedroom suite, very clean, and the entire stay was pleasant and reassuring. I really liked the room's layout too; it was simple and fresh. All the facilities were complete, and the hygiene was meticulously done. Overall, a very satisfying stay, highly recommend!!!! I accidentally burned myself with a curling iron, called them, and they immediately sent burn cream to my door. I'll definitely stay here again!

Our stay at Angsana Zhuhai Phoenix Bay honestly felt like a peaceful escape from busy city life. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere felt calm, private, and relaxing. The hotel itself is beautifully designed and blends very naturally with the seaside surroundings, creating a quiet luxury atmosphere that immediately makes you slow down and enjoy the experience. The room was spacious, modern, spotless, and very comfortable. We especially loved our room location because it was incredibly easy to step outside anytime and enjoy the fresh ocean air, privacy, and relaxing ocean view. Sitting outside during the morning and evening became one of our favorite parts of the stay. The outdoor patio and soaking pool made the experience feel even more special and peaceful, especially at night when the atmosphere became even quieter. The room amenities were excellent, including complimentary minibar drinks, coffee machine, tea selection, bathrobes, ironing equipment, quality toiletries, and many thoughtful details that made the stay feel complete and comfortable. Everything felt carefully prepared and very well maintained. Breakfast was honestly amazing every morning and became one of the highlights of our stay. The fresh colorful fruits, delicious noodles, healthy dishes, fresh juice, and calm dining atmosphere made every morning enjoyable and relaxing instead of rushed. Even though complimentary fruits mentioned in the booking were not provided in the room, we honestly did not mind because the breakfast fruits were incredibly fresh and delicious every day. We also understand why check-in may sometimes take longer because once we entered the room, everything felt perfectly prepared, safe, clean, quiet, functional, and comfortable. We genuinely could not find anything negative during our stay. My two friends and I stayed at the Meilihao this time, originally just looking for a place to relax for a couple of days. We didn't expect the experience to far exceed our expectations – our schedule was packed from morning till night, so I have to write a thorough positive review. First, let's talk about the facilities. The hotel's pool isn't a standard rectangle; it's irregularly shaped. The water seemed freshly cleaned and quite clean. It's divided into a children's play area and an adult swimming area, and there's staff monitoring the children's section, which is excellent for safety. There are also lifebuoys nearby. The deep end must be less than 1.65 meters, as the water level wasn't as high as me. Next to the pool, there's a wellness center. We initially planned to get a SPA with my friends, but the prices weren't very reasonable, so we skipped it. Further alongside, there are new energy charging stations, which is fantastic – we didn't have to go out looking for a place to charge. Dining: The buffet breakfast included with the room was incredibly lavish. It offered both Chinese and Western hot dishes, salads, fried rice, fried noodles, sweet soups, soy milk, egg tarts, donuts, and durian pastries – we thoroughly enjoyed it. Towards the end of our meal, the restaurant staff even brought us a platter of cantaloupe and watermelon. The biggest surprise was the **self-service afternoon tea** in the executive lounge. Everyone dining there was very civilized and quiet. You could help yourself to desserts, snacks, fruits, coffee, and tea. The coffee machine even let you choose between espresso and Americano, both of which were aesthetically pleasing and delicious. I felt like we got our money's worth just from these two meals! There were also small snacks and drinks in the lobby where we checked in, along with fruit drinks. The Qingbuliang sweet soup shop recommended by the lovely staff at the front desk was delicious. Guest Room: The hallway seemed to have an air freshener; the scent was very pleasant. Our triple room didn't have a window and looked like a school dormitory when we entered. The bed sheets and duvet covers were very clean, and the soft mattress was super comfortable to lie on. There wasn't enough water in the room to drink, but we could take water freely from the hallway. Upon check-out, the lovely staff asked about our stay, helped us scan the parking code, and even gave us a souvenir gift with some small snacks and a phone stand. The service was exceptional and very thoughtful. Meilihao Hotel has now been added to our list of places to revisit. Next time we're in Panyu, we'll definitely choose this place again.

The entire room was decorated with ocean-themed cartoons; the bedsheets, throw pillows, and wall decals all featured adorable sharks and jellyfish. My child shrieked with joy the moment they entered. The bathroom came with a cartoon bathtub and even had kids' water toys. The interactive floor projection created an amazing ambiance, and my child spent ages playing barefoot in the light and shadows. There was also an interactive 'treasure hunt' projection on the desk, which kept my child quietly entertained, finally allowing us parents to catch a break. Kids' toiletries, small slippers, and bathrobes were all provided, with every detail thoughtfully catering to children. 🧸 **Indoor Kids' Playground: Rich variety of activities!** The hotel's indoor playground is super spacious. In the lobby, there were also clown interactive performances and giant inflatable shark mascot parades. The clown did fancy ball tricks and gave out balloons, and my child chased the mascot around. The private beach wasn't too crowded, making it very pleasant for swimming and walking. Whether it was guidance in the playground or room service, responses were super quick. The hotel's amenities are comprehensive, with family activities rotating daily, so there's no need to go out looking for things to do with the kids. The hotel facilities are very well maintained; both public areas and guest rooms were clean and odorless. The air conditioning was powerful, and the soundproofing was effective, allowing us to rest with our child undisturbed. This is the top choice for a one-stop family vacation, with food, lodging, and entertainment all-inclusive, no need for strenuous travel. The sea view, family facilities, and service are all excellent. It's perfect for both short weekend getaways with kids or a relaxing family trip. Stayed at Guangzhou Chimelong Hotel with the kids and spent two consecutive days at the water park, which was a fantastic experience! It happened to rain, so there weren't many people in the park, meaning we barely had to queue for rides. The kids could play repeatedly and had an absolute blast. The hotel has direct access to the water park, so we could easily head back to the room to rest whenever we got tired. The children's area in the park is safe and thoughtfully designed. My kids were happy the entire two days. Highly recommend for families!

Five stars, highly recommend Zhuhai Chimelong Penguin Hotel – it's absolutely the top choice for family trips! This time, taking my kid to Ocean Kingdom, staying here made everything so much easier. There's an exclusive pathway just a few minutes' walk directly to the park, and you can even enter an hour early, avoiding the huge crowds. My child easily got to enjoy all their favorite rides without feeling rushed. When they got tired, we could just pop back to the room for a nap and recharge. The whole trip felt completely relaxed. The hotel is adorable, with a penguin theme from top to bottom. You can even see real penguins waddling and swimming in the lobby – my child was cheering the moment we walked in. The room came with a full set of children's toiletries, small slippers, soft bedding, and excellent soundproofing. At the Emperor Penguin restaurant, you can watch penguins while you eat. The food selection is extensive, and the flavors are mild, perfect for little ones. The staff were attentive and thoughtful; check-in was efficient, and they were quick to respond to any requests. Choosing this hotel doubled our happiness for the entire trip. My child keeps talking about the fun times with the penguins and at Ocean Kingdom. Next time we visit Chimelong, Penguin Hotel will definitely be our first choice again!

It boasts a private beachfront right outside, and the infinity pool on the 31st floor provides breathtaking panoramic views, perfect for photos. The rooms are spacious, and the balcony features a scenic bathtub, making it incredibly relaxing to lie back and watch the sunrise over the ocean. The water park and children's water fort are well-equipped, making it a one-stop destination for family fun. The front desk service is attentive, and the breakfast offers a wide variety, with the Thai-flavored dishes being particularly distinctive. However, the sand on the beach is indeed a bit coarse.

Overall, I'm very satisfied! Facilities: We booked a family room on the basement level. The room was spacious and clean, though there was a slightly musty smell when we first entered due to several days of continuous rain. After opening the air conditioning and sliding door for about two hours, the smell was mostly gone. The room also came with a small pool for bathing, which the kids absolutely loved. The outdoor playground, water park, and hot spring areas are all massive, with so many activities to do! Two days simply aren't enough to experience everything. Next time, we'll definitely need a three-day, two-night stay to truly enjoy it! 😁

The hotel opened in 2015, so some of the facilities are a bit dated, but they're still functional and everything is very clean. The front desk even upgraded us to a Macau sea-view room when we checked in. We had a minor issue with the room during our stay, but the housekeeping department resolved it very quickly and courteously, and they even called afterwards to follow up and apologize, which was excellent service. The hotel's location and environment are also great. Overall, it offers fantastic value for money; it's at least half the price you'd pay in Macau itself.
