Found a hidden gem for this trip! The moment I stepped in, I felt incredibly comfortable. The whole place was spotless, and the decor was simple yet cozy. The mattress was just right – not too soft, not too firm – and after a long day of traveling, I instantly relaxed when I lay down. The soundproofing was excellent too; I slept soundly all night. The front desk staff were warm and helpful without being overbearing. Check-in was efficient, and they thoughtfully provided tips for getting around the area. Whether it's for a vacation or just a short stay, this is an excellent choice. It's definitely on my re-book list!

Jingjing was warm, attentive, and incredibly accommodating, always ready to help with a gentle and thoughtful demeanor that made me feel right at home. The hotel's facilities and equipment are all new and comprehensive, making for a fantastic experience. The Italian restaurant served authentic and delicious dishes, and the breakfast was hearty and satisfying. The bar had an amazing ambiance, perfect for a relaxing drink. The exquisite afternoon tea at the 'Le Bar' was both beautiful and delicious, offering a leisurely and delightful experience. And the SPA provided professional treatments that were truly effective in relieving fatigue. This stay completely exceeded my expectations. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone!

The hotel service was really excellent, I felt like I was getting five-star treatment. A handsome guy showed me to my room and helped with my luggage. The room was super clean and tidy, and I could even cook for myself. Plus, it had a balcony and a washing machine. Right across from the hotel is a big mall, and the subway station is right underneath it, which is incredibly convenient. I even visited Dameisha Coastal Park, and it was super easy to get there by subway. I'll definitely stay here again next time and have already recommended it to my friends.

The room size was pretty good, and it's super close to Gongbei Port – you can even see it from the room! The cleaning lady was lovely; she folded our clothes and left them on the bed every day. 😂👍 We also loved the smart robot, Xiaobai 🤖. The only downside is that despite how heavy the door is, it's not very soundproof. You can hear everything quite clearly if people in the next room are talking a bit loudly 🤦‍♀️. Luckily, the front desk provided earplugs 🤷‍♀️.

It's close to the high-speed train station and Jinwan Airport. Overall, it's great. In short, everything was outstanding, highly recommended! We'll definitely return if we get the chance!

The lobby is grand and impressive, but the real showstopper is the vibrant red glass coral sculpture 🪸. It's so ocean-themed that my child was instantly captivated and immersed in the vacation spirit. We booked a sea-view room, which was not only spacious but also impeccably clean. The balcony directly overlooks the ocean 🌊, perfect for watching the sunrise and falling asleep to the sound of the waves at night. The bathroom was well-equipped for a relaxing soak, and the complimentary bath salts were a thoughtful touch after a day of fun 🛁. The hotel facilities are incredibly comprehensive: the Waterpark's slides and wave pool were a huge hit, and the Flamingo Garden and Dolphin Pool were also very entertaining. Plus, there's a beach and a kids' club. You could easily spend a whole day just enjoying the hotel, even without visiting the main theme park 🐬. There's even a daily boat shuttle to the park's pier, which adds a special touch. For dining, the hotel offers various options. We tried the buffet, and it was incredibly diverse, with the dessert and fruit sections being particularly popular 🍰. What's more, there were interactive mascots in the restaurant, making for not just a satisfying meal but also lots of lovely photo opportunities 📷. Overall, I give this a five-star recommendation! The service, environment, transportation, dining, and child-friendliness are all outstanding! If you're planning a trip to Zhuhai's Chimelong, this hotel is definitely worth staying at for two nights or more!

I initially booked a standard king room, and while it was clean, it was genuinely tiny. The 1.5m double bed didn't even have a separate shower. The next day, I decisively upgraded to a river view king room, and it felt like a completely different hotel! To anyone visiting White Swan Hotel, you absolutely *must* book a river view king room! The price difference isn't huge, but the stay experience is vastly different. The desserts at the hotel's pastry shop are all delicious 😋, and Yu Tang Chun Nuan is also beyond words – five-star, no doubt! The doormen outside the hotel lobby are also very service-oriented 👍. It truly lives up to its reputation as an old, established five-star hotel in Guangzhou. However, I still recommend that the hotel considers making improvements to its basic rooms, either by widening the price gap for different room types or upgrading the facilities in the basic rooms. Otherwise, guests who book a basic room without knowing the specific situation will have a very poor experience. I hope White Swan Hotel continues to improve, and I look forward to experiencing their dim sum breakfast next time I transit through Guangzhou on my way to Hong Kong or Macau 😚.
