The environment here is truly excellent and beautiful, and the service attitude is also top-notch. The front desk staff even provided eye masks and earplugs. As soon as you step out, you can see the Bohai Sea, which is an amazing location. It's very close to Xinghai Square and the Ocean World, and there are many restaurants nearby, making it convenient to go anywhere. It's also very close to the high-speed train station, and the facilities are comprehensive.

This hotel near Shenyang Middle Street and the Forbidden City offers great value for money. There's a robot delivery service for food, and convenient free underground parking. The 26th-floor observation deck provides stunning night views of the Forbidden City. The front desk offers free luggage storage advice, and a cluster delivery service brings food right to your room. The front desk service was excellent; I'd definitely stay here again. You can also get unlimited mineral water, and there are billiard tables and Gobang available for guests. Food delivery, including small chicken balls, can be brought up to your room. The value for money is really good, and there are large shopping malls nearby for dining and everything else, which is very convenient. I'm really satisfied with everything. It's only a 5-minute walk to the subway station, and the Forbidden City and Marshal Zhang's Mansion are just a 15-minute walk away.

Great review! On my business trip to Dalian, the front desk staff was very welcoming, and the hygiene and environment were quite good. I'd remind the front desk daily for room cleaning. The location is also convenient, and the room itself was very cozy and charming – I even took some photos. This is the only hotel I've given a positive review to. From now on, whenever I'm in Dalian for business, this will be my top choice. I've stayed at other hotels before, and there was always something I wasn't entirely satisfied with.

I've stayed here multiple times, and each stay has exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious and tidy, with excellent natural light and ventilation. Even in winter, it was very warm inside. The unbeatable sea view from the window was expansive and incredibly therapeutic. The bedding was soft and gentle on the skin. The common areas were clean and elegant, and the facilities were comprehensive and well-maintained. The staff were attentive and meticulous, and check-in/check-out was efficient and fast. This is my top choice for accommodation, and I'll definitely choose it again next time. Plus, you might even spot a deer while walking outdoors! 😄😄

Just checked out and I'm really impressed by the hotel's thoughtful service, ambiance, and attention to detail. 📍 Convenient Location: The hotel's location is excellent, with a wide variety of dining options nearby, making it super easy to get around. 🏨 Room Experience: I stayed in a suite, which was spacious and spotless. The decor was modern and cozy. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep; the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and plenty of hot water. 🤝 Attentive Service: Check-in at the front desk was efficient and friendly, and every staff member had a smile on their face. Housekeeping was prompt, and the mini-bar was restocked in a timely manner. A special thanks to the front desk for their warm welcome and check-in introduction, it made us feel right at home. Overall, this stay far exceeded my expectations, and the value for money is exceptional! I highly recommend it to anyone traveling for business or leisure!

The room was incredibly spacious and comfortable, easily accommodating our family of five without any issues. Complimentary drinks were replenished daily by housekeeping, and there was coffee and ample water available. We could also request a humidifier from the front desk if needed. The electric heating kept the room very warm and cozy. There's an executive lounge in the lobby offering coffee and other beverages, which the kids loved. Upon check-in, children received their own toiletries and toys. The 24th floor has a laundry room and a gym. Most importantly, the hotel's location is excellent, right on Youth Street, close to the subway and within easy reach of Zhongjie, Xita, and the Weidawutai. We had a very satisfying stay and will definitely choose this hotel again when we visit in the future. The hotel's service was particularly thoughtful and attentive, which was a nice touch.

Hotel near Guanmenshan Scenic Area,Benxi County 17% of visitors choose this area
QQimiaodedengta 2025.07.09
The purpose of this trip to Benxi was twofold: Firstly, to take my seventy-year-old parents back to Benxi Water Caves, revisiting a place from their vibrant youth and reliving those passionate memories. Secondly, it was to help my daughter de-stress before she transitions from primary to junior high, as she's about to step into the demanding arena of life. **Reason for choosing this place:** We picked Guan Shan Lake Xikang Yunshe because its online photos were simply breathtaking – showcasing stunning scenery, lush greenery, magnificent views, and picturesque beauty that truly captivated me and made me want to experience it firsthand. (Honestly, with so many guesthouses and hotels sprouting up across Benxi like mushrooms after rain these past two years, to avoid decision paralysis, I simply picked the top-ranked one.) **First Impression:** The mountains were in a languid slumber, while the clouds playfully sketched the outline of a castle. At three in the afternoon, the golden sunlight pierced through the clouds, bathing the grey castle in a glow that felt like a divine touch and special favor. (Though this description might seem a bit exaggerated, I believe even Eileen Chang would write it this way.) Let me discuss the facilities, hygiene, environment, service, unique hot springs, and buffet breakfast all at once: * **Facilities:** Among all hotels I've stayed at in the same price range, these are personally the most satisfactory and my favorite. * **Hygiene:** There's still room for improvement. I admit I have exceptionally high standards for cleanliness; my husband, whose pocket money has been depleted by my pickiness, can attest to that. * **Environment:** The advantages here are self-evident: blessed with unique green mountains, clear waters, and swirling mist. There's simply no room for me to find fault, and I suspect the people of Benxi wouldn't allow it anyway! * **Service:** I deliberately tried to count the staff members I encountered: two doormen, four charming front desk staff, a villa driver, a room cleaning attendant, kitchen/delivery personnel, staff in the hot spring area, and dining areas... Oh, never mind, I confess my math isn't good enough to count them all. In short, every staff member I met was patient, caring, and dedicated. Their service was perfectly balanced, attentive without being overly enthusiastic. Yes, the hotel management behind the scenes certainly deserves a grand commendation. * **Unique Hot Springs:** Both my mom and daughter had a wonderful time soaking. My daughter was thrilled because there was unlimited ice cream available, which she could openly and freely enjoy – something I don't usually permit at home. My mom, in turn, was happy seeing her daughter so joyful. Given that the ice cream was actually quite high-quality, I even broke my own rule and indulged in quite a bit. It wasn't just about taking advantage of something free; it was more about not wanting to be a hypocrite with one rule for them and another for me. There were also plenty of unlimited fruits and snacks, perfect for quenching thirst and cooling down. * **Buffet Breakfast:** The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety. I prefer strong flavors in the morning and enjoyed a generous amount of boiled shrimp, baked beans in tomato sauce, Italian beef brisket, bacon, and homemade yogurt. For those who prefer lighter options, the traditional Chinese breakfast choices were truly dazzling. **A Side Note:** At 4:27 AM, I leaned by the hot spring pool in my room. The water temperature was 37.2 degrees Celsius, exactly half a degree higher than my body temperature – just enough to help my tense nerves loosen their first button. True enjoyment, I realized, is found in places where even time seems to slow down. At that moment, I gazed at the mist still lingering over the distant mountains and fields outside my window, then slowly closed my eyes, drifting back into a soothing dream, only to be awakened by: ”Mom, Mom, Mom, is the hot spring water ready for me?!”

A landmark on Youth Street, right in the city center. Even though the hotel has been open for a while and the facilities are a bit dated, it still feels very luxurious. It offers unique spots for night view photos – a perfect recommendation! Also, Sunny, our butler, provided thoughtful and responsive service; they were always there when we needed them. Our stay at the Grand Hyatt truly made our wonderful Shenyang trip even more romantic.

The sea-view room experience this time was absolutely fantastic! The bay window in the room was just the right size; as soon as I drew back the curtains, I could see the azure ocean, and the shimmering waves were incredibly therapeutic. Waking up to the sea breeze in the morning and gazing at the distant sea from the window was so relaxing and pleasant. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. The hotel staff were warm and attentive, always responding promptly to any requests. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area!

MM13078****The room wasn't huge, but being in the same building as the hot spring meant no need to go outside, which was super convenient in minus twenty-degree weather. The hot spring complex truly lives up to its 'aircraft carrier' reputation; you could easily spend two days here, though we were pretty wrinkly from all the soaking after just one! The service, for Northeast China, was top-notch. Staff were constantly cleaning the hot spring area, and despite being an older establishment, it was still incredibly clean. In winter, they don't have the lavish buffet, but the à la carte malatang was very generous. We'll definitely be back in the summer!

GGuest User⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Perfect Score | Amazing Family Trip to Shangri-La Dalian ✨ Staying in the children's themed room at Shangri-La Dalian with my little one was an absolute blast; the whole family was super satisfied! The room decor was full of childlike fun, the cartoon theme really hit the spot for the kids, and exclusive children's amenities and small toys were all readily available. The attention to detail was incredibly thoughtful. My child shrieked with joy upon entering the room, making it completely stress-free for mom! The hotel's children's play facilities are incredibly rich, and my little one had a blast, burning off energy all day, which was super convenient! Adults can also relax well. The heated pool's water quality is excellent, and the hot tub is comfortable and relieving. We enjoyed both swimming and soaking, feeling incredibly happy 💦 Special mention for the heartwarming service! A big thank you to the lovely Yina for her warm and attentive service throughout, she was incredibly helpful and accommodating. Also, the housekeeping auntie kept our room spotless and tidy; her service was meticulous and caring. You can feel Shangri-La's dedication everywhere ❤️ The location is excellent, the family-friendly facilities are top-notch, and the five-star quality lives up to its reputation. Next time we visit Dalian with the kids, we'll definitely choose this place again!

GGuest UserWe stayed at this excellent hotel for three nights during our first visit to Dalian in May. The room was very clean and had some very useful amenities such as a refrigerator, clothes washer and a bidet toilet. It was very convenient to wash our clothes and save money. The staff was very helpful and kind. Mr. Chen helped me find an excellent Thai massage spa (Tai Baba) nearby and helped us get taxis. We are especially grateful to the manager Mr. Leon. He left his busy post at the front desk and walked with me several blocks to get medicine for my wife who was briefly ill. We opted for the Chinese breakfast all three days and it was very good. However, the western food selection was limited. That was not a problem for us because the Chinese food was delicious. We are from the USA. Mr. Leon recommended an excellent Japanese restaurant (Konoha or Jiuye) with a huge menu selection in the same building. We ate there twice and there was a waitress who spoke fluent Japanese. There are many Japanese restaurants in close walking distance to the hotel. Also, the hotel is located near a shopping mall with a huge food court on the top floor. We recommend Chinese and foreigners to stay at the Shan Shui S Hotel when visiting Dalian. It made our trip to the beautiful, friendly city of Dalian memorable.

GGuest UserThe hotel boasts a fantastic location. Right outside, you'll find a scenic viewing platform, conveniently situated between Gates 3 and 4. For just 20 RMB, you can enjoy unlimited rides on the shuttle bus all day, which conveniently connects all gates from 1 to 7. Gates 3 and 7 offer water activities, while Gate 6 features a charming beach dotted with pink tents. If you're looking for dining options, Gates 1 and 2 have a wider selection. In the evenings, Gate 3 also hosts vibrant stage performances. The hotel rooms are generously sized. Photos 1, 7, and 10-13 below were all taken from the hotel balcony, showcasing the stunning views. In the evenings, you can clearly hear the lively buzz from the Gate 3 performances, and at 9:30 PM, you're treated to the spectacular fireworks display from Discoveryland. It's also a perfect spot to catch the sunrise in the morning.

JJiumengAmBooked more than half a month in advance, can only say that you have to spend more money on holidays. Overall it's pretty good, but some details can't be chased. The room card is 30, although I found it in the end and returned it. This is the first time I spent money on the room card. The cleaning lady asked for two more bottles of water and had to ask the front desk. Breakfast can only say that there are not many things. The room is pretty good, and it is still heated. Overall, everything is worth the price. The location is very good, and the back door leads directly to Xinghai Park. You can consider staying in the family room for three people multiple times, and it is generally good. It is convenient to go everywhere.

VVerusha GovenderBayshore hotel was an amazing stay we stayed in the family suite and it met our expectations. Everything was clean and spacious, the breakfast was okay, they did t have much of a western spread but it was up to standards just the food was always cold. The location was great it was really close to Xinghai park and xinghai square. The only issue we had was the elevator I know the concept of the twin elevator was innovative but during peak time you would wait a good 5 to 10 min for the elevator. However the stay was great and I would definitely consider staying at bayshore hotel again.

RRares MThe hotel was excellent. The location is very accessible and well placed, close to subway connections, and Zhongshan Square. The room we initially got had a faulty remote controlled blinds system that was moving by itself. Once we raised the issue, we got moved to a different room by the staff who was very courteous, and provided us with a bowl of fruit as well, and sent one of the hotel staff to help us move our luggage. The other room was excellent with no real downsides, comfortable bed, and nice and good room ambience. The breakfast was very thorough with both local and foreign options. I opted for mainly local options since I like to immerse myself in local cuisine when travelling. It was delicious. The staff were also able to hold our luggage until the evening after checkout until we came back to take it. A very good experience, highly recommended.

GGuest UserWe visited Luneng Hot Spring with our kids and had a great family time. The hot spring was relaxing, and the kids really enjoyed the play areas and child-friendly pools. One of the best parts of our stay was the excellent help we received from Brynn, a staff member who spoke English very well. Since we don’t speak Chinese, her support made everything easier—from room service to general questions. She was kind, professional, and even checked on us after we left. Thanks to her and the friendly staff, our stay was smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended for families!0412
