The experience of staying at Senyi Hotel was great! First of all, the front desk service is particularly good, the staff is kind and enthusiastic, and feel full of intimate and warm when checking in. The hotel is very new overall, the rooms and public areas are very clean, giving people a fresh and comfortable feeling. The layout of the hall is also impressive, the design is elegant and elegant, the furnishings are very particular, sitting in the hall can feel a relaxation and cozy. The most worth mentioning is that the hotel's breakfast is arranged on the top floor, and you can enjoy the beautiful scenery while dining. The scenery of the whole Lipu and the sea in the distance are really refreshing! I am very satisfied with my stay experience this time. I will definitely choose Senyi Hotel next time I come to Zhangpu! Highly recommend it to everyone!

I stayed for three days in July. The overall feeling was much more than expected. After all, I have lived in many homestays with my baby. This one can be regarded as the best stay experience. The room was very clean and the boss was super nice. In the evening, I also asked if I could set off fireworks. The boss said yes, and the boss had to help clean up after the release. Although breakfast is simple, it tastes very good. The children love to eat the blood glutinous rice bean paste early. The boss got up early the next day to buy more for the children, but unfortunately there is no, the boss bought steamed dumplings, really hard. The beach is downstairs in the homestay, you can catch the sea, it is very convenient.

We were so glad we chose this guesthouse! The entire check-in process was incredibly smooth and made us feel instantly at ease. **Regarding the environment:** The place itself was immaculately clean and tidy, boasting a modern decor. The bedding was wonderfully soft and comfortable, guaranteeing a fantastic night's sleep. **As for the service:** The front desk staff were excellent! They proactively sent detailed check-in instructions which were incredibly practical and helpful. Whenever we had questions, their responses were always prompt. They even paid attention to small details, like noticing we'd bought water and then kindly providing us with extra bottles. **Location-wise:** It's perfectly situated right next to the famous Zhongshan Road Pedestrian Street, making exploration incredibly convenient. **In summary:** This was an absolutely flawless experience! I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting, and we will definitely be looking to stay here again if the opportunity arises.

The hotel front desk staff were incredibly cold and didn't crack a smile. The whole place reeked of commercialism, trying to capitalize on every possible spending opportunity. They had promotional flyers and coupons everywhere – in the lobby, elevators, and even on the bed. Paid bottled water was conspicuously placed, while the complimentary water was tucked away in the bathroom and fridge, making it easy to accidentally incur charges. Outside food delivery isn't allowed upstairs or with the concierge; you have to retrieve it yourself from a designated locker. However, if you order something *from* the hotel, a robot will deliver it to your room. This is all supposedly for the guests' food safety. A can of Coke costs 3 RMB outside, but the hotel sells it for 40. Is *that* for our safety too? They should really focus on improving their service first. This hotel reminds me of a budget airline like Spring Airlines, constantly trying to get you to spend more.

I especially want to commend Ms. Yvette. Her professionalism and genuine hospitality are a true asset to the hotel. She proactively shared her WeChat contact, checking in daily to ensure everything was going smoothly, and met all our needs with a positive attitude. Our celebration was made truly special thanks to her efforts. Even though I had already booked a cake, Yvette went above and beyond. When we were tired and needed to change the delivery time, she surprisingly went out of her way to personally arrange for another cake at her own expense, delivering it the night before our departure to ensure we could still have our celebration. This 'above and beyond' service truly exemplifies genuine hospitality and a high level of responsibility; this gesture was unforgettable. Additionally, the housekeeping staff on the seventh floor also left a lasting impression. Although we didn't catch her name, we met her every morning. She always greeted us with a smile, initiated friendly conversations, and thoughtfully asked if we needed any assistance. We look forward to staying at your hotel again in the future.

This hotel is located right next door to Xingleen Bay Hotel; I decided to try it out for a different experience. The area by the sea is quite undeveloped, but if you walk about 500 meters in the other direction, you'll find dining options. They offer a free shuttle service to Xiamen North Railway Station, which is a great convenience. Breakfast: There was a decent variety of choices, and it was quite acceptable. **Facilities:** The gym is a bit small, but the outdoor swimming pool is lovely. The hot spring is right next to the pool and isn't very large. It was my first time soaking in a hot spring that overlooks a road, which felt a bit unusual. **Cleanliness:** Clean. **Ambiance/Environment:** The lobby is undeniably grand, but it leans towards a somewhat gaudy, nouveau riche aesthetic. It almost feels like an attempt to mimic Macau's decor, but the overall scale and attention to detail don't quite meet the mark. However, the rooms themselves are quite elegant and tastefully decorated. **Service:** 1. The staff have an excellent service attitude. 2. A minor point: access to the hot spring is limited to a single use. 3. Furthermore, much of the information displayed on public signs about hotel operations and timings is inconsistent with reality. My advice is always to call the front desk for the most accurate operating hours.

I browsed and selected from Ctrip and saw 0 negative reviews, so I chose this one. After checking in, the experience was very smooth, the environment is very good, quiet and no noise, and there are no problems such as dirt, hair, bugs, etc. that occur in other businesses. The owner of the store is also very nice. He received me personally and upgraded the double bed. Mineral water was replenished for free, as were other daily necessities. Nothing disturbing happened during my stay. To travel to scenic spots, Binbei Dongdu Bus Station/First Pier Bus Station/Dongdu Wharf. All very convenient. In addition, Bailuzhou Park (very good, there is a pigeon square where you can feed pigeons) and Bay Park (where you can watch the sea and airplanes) are both nearby. recommend! recommend! recommend!

The service of this hotel is really good. The cleaner (思娇)noticed we were doing laundry and were hanging our clothes everywhere, so she put on her own initiative to provide drying rack for us. Cute and sweet. Location of this hotel is really strategic with bus stop and metro station nearby.

We stayed at the beautiful hotel on May 21, so pleasantly surprised. The beautiful hotel is 7 kilometers away from Pingtan Station and is located on the five-star golden beach. It has convenient transportation, excellent location and first-line sea view. Meisu is exquisite, beautiful and stylish, and the decoration style is unique in the local area. The rooms are spacious, the whole house is smart, and the bedding is high-end and comfortable. The breakfast is delicious. Meisu has two courtyards: the inner courtyard is exquisite, and the cactus flowers are blooming. The outer courtyard has hammocks, swings, tables and chairs, and swimming pools. I am in a daze here during the day; I am here to have a drink, drink tea, listen to the waves, watch the stars, and blow the sea breeze at night. It is very pleasant. At night, listen to the waves to sleep, wake up naturally in the morning in the sound of birdsong, then go to the beach to run, swim in the sea, this sea is particularly quiet, the water quality is very good, very enjoyable. The boss is a local, warm and capable, and the service is thoughtful. Before check-in, check the arrival time and arrange pick-up. After check-in, take care of us meticulously and make us feel at home. The stay experience was great, and I would like to go on vacation if I have the opportunity in the future. Thanks boss!

CCressidaxiaomai 2025.09.01
The hotel is situated right next to Zengcuo'an and is also very close to Music Plaza. However, getting in and out of the hotel is quite inconvenient. You have to take a long detour because there's a large, empty parking lot directly in front, but no direct pedestrian access. This makes walking to and from the hotel extremely inconvenient. As a newly opened hotel, its overall hardware facilities are quite subpar compared to other properties launched around the same time. It might even fall short of budget-friendly chains like Atour or Holiday Inn Express. For instance, the toilets aren't smart, and the TVs don't offer screen casting, which is a major drawback for younger guests. I'm really unclear about the hotel's target audience or positioning. Getting back to the room package, despite the front desk claiming we received an upgrade, our room on the second floor was still a less desirable one, completely lacking any sea view and located in a separate building. The elevator situation was also inconvenient; you had to switch elevators just to reach the pool. Furthermore, the staircase leading to the pool was quite convoluted, although the view from the top was admittedly nice. Overall, the hotel's internal layout and guest flow design are genuinely unreasonable. In conclusion, unless you have a strong specific need for the Zengcuo'an location, I would recommend looking into other hotels. Overall, this hotel simply doesn't meet Hyatt standards, not by a long shot, considering all its aspects. At this price point, you'd be much better off choosing a hotel near Huangcuo Beach.

JJinbaotuoleiChoosing this hotel for our Xiamen trip was truly an excellent decision. Its location is absolutely perfect, serving as an ideal starting point for exploring the city's highlights. Whether it was taking a ferry from the bustling ferry terminal to Gulangyu Island, strolling along the Nanyang-style Zhongshan Road in search of local delicacies, or visiting the lush Botanical Garden, everything was conveniently and quickly accessible, saving us a lot of precious travel time. The hotel service was another major highlight of our trip, truly embodying the phrase 'a home away from home'. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, the staff greeted us with genuine smiles and a warm, friendly demeanor. Upon seeing us with luggage, a concierge proactively came forward to enthusiastically and professionally assist with carrying it. This thoughtful attention to detail made us feel incredibly welcome. The weather was also on our side; during our days in Xiamen, we enjoyed almost consistently clear blue skies with fluffy white clouds. Bright sunshine during the day, and glittering lights at night. Looking out from our hotel room or nearby elevated spots, Xiamen's night view was stunningly beautiful, adding a romantic touch to our journey. Thanks to the convenient location, attentive service, and wonderful weather, our trip to Xiamen was filled with relaxation and joy, leaving us with many warm and beautiful memories.

GGuest UserDuring this trip to Xiamen, we stayed at three hotels, and my child absolutely loved The Portman the most. I would also highly recommend it. Here's why: Qixing Bay boasts a beautiful seascape with fewer crowds. You can probably catch both sunrise and sunset here (though we didn't specifically try). The hotel's direct access to the beach, just across the road, is incredibly convenient. At low tide, you can go beachcombing – there were plenty of hermit crabs, razor clams, and balloon-shaped ghost crabs. We caught some and then released them all. The coastal road alongside the beach is great for cycling, or you can rent an e-bike to enjoy the ocean views. In the evenings, you might even stumble upon some street vendors or activities. It's tranquil and scenic during the day, lively but not noisy at night – a stark contrast to the busy Huandao Road, which is constantly packed with people and traffic. As for the hotel itself, it's sprawling and stunning. Every corner offers a picturesque spot, perfect for taking photos. The rooms are generously sized with high ceilings, creating a very spacious feel. If you opt for a sea-view room, the ocean vista is expansive and unobstructed, unlike some hotels where 'sea view' means straining to glimpse a distant, hazy ocean. The hotel also boasts comprehensive facilities, including a swimming pool, a water park, and a kids' club – everything you need. It's absolutely perfect for a relaxing three or four-day 'staycation' with children. The staff members are generally friendly and professional. In particular, the pool attendants are very responsible and meticulous, strictly managing the area. They test and change the water daily, and the water quality was indeed much cleaner than at the state-owned hotel we stayed at previously. The hotel is conveniently located, about a 20-minute drive from Xiamen North Station and Jimei University Town. I heard there are several breakfast venues, but we only tried the French restaurant. The selection wasn't huge, but the quality was excellent. They also offered local specialties like Shacha noodles, peanut soup, and Mianxian paste – a 'quality over quantity' approach, I'd say. Plus, kids under 1.2 meters eat for free. The only minor drawback was that due to how busy the hotel was during our stay, there were some inevitable oversights in room cleaning. However, I personally found this understandable. As long as you don't have excessively strict hygiene requirements, it should be acceptable. After two nights, my child declared that they want to come to Xiamen again next time, specifically insisting on staying at The Portman.

GGuest UserThe hotel is a sub-brand of Marriott. The service and hygiene are acceptable. The room is large and comfortable with a sea view. All aspects are satisfactory. The only thing is that there are few places to eat around the hotel. The convenience store is also far away. It is about a 20-minute walk to the nearest shopping mall and restaurant. The hotel area is next to an office building area.

AAoli&aoliaoAfter spending our first night on Gulangyu Island, we had originally planned to leave Xiamen the following day after sightseeing. However, an urgent matter came up, and by the time we finished dealing with it, it was almost 11 PM. We made a rather last-minute decision to stay another night, so I quickly searched online and found this hotel with an impressive 4.7 rating. Its opening in 2017 was another plus, suggesting the interiors wouldn't be too dated. After reviewing the hotel's photos and services, we were particularly attracted by the pool, which the kids would love, and the choice of sea view or mountain view rooms. We promptly booked online. Upon check-in, we could call the front desk to request disposable bath liners, kids' bathrobes, and toiletries. Soaking in the spacious bathtub was incredibly refreshing for both children and adults. Enjoying a few cups of Gongfu tea afterwards was simply delightful, and the tea set was a thoughtful touch that perfectly catered to our Chaoshan tea preferences. During our stay, an unexpected situation arose. The night concierge, whom we'd added on WeChat during check-in, provided incredibly prompt assistance. A big thumbs up to the hotel's management! I'd also like to commend the on-duty concierge and manager for their professionalism and efficient problem-solving. This hotel truly met my expectations for this Xiamen trip. I would definitely choose it again and recommend it to friends and family.

XXieshoutongchengyangDuring our week-long trip to Xiamen, we chose to go sailing in Wuyuan Bay and stayed at the Wyndham. A special thanks to our butler, Annie, for her warm hospitality. She was incredibly helpful, providing her WeChat so we could ask questions and get assistance anytime. Seeing that we were two adults and two children, the hotel proactively upgraded our room. The room was beautiful and boasted a stunning sea view. The kids were absolutely thrilled the moment they stepped inside! We had a very comfortable night's sleep, as the bedding was wonderfully cozy. It was a shame the weather was overcast; otherwise, we could have watched the sunrise right from our bed.

LLuís T. PiresPositive: The hotel is spacious, though it’s starting to show signs of age. Nonetheless, it is well-maintained and clean. The room was large and comfortable, with the staff ensuring it remained tidy throughout our stay. Its location, about 20-30 minutes from central Xiamen, makes it convenient for accessing various parts of the city. The hotel offers two large swimming pools, and the locker rooms are equipped with both dry and wet saunas. The staff were generally friendly. Negative: The exterior pool area lacks sufficient seating, making it difficult to relax by the pool, which is a significant drawback if you’re there for a vacation. The hotel’s considerable size is a downside, with only one central set of elevators, leading to long and tiresome walks down the corridors. Moreover, there are no power outlets on one side of the bed, nor are there any USB outlets. The area surrounding the hotel is rather dull, with little to offer beyond a shopping mall, a wharf, and a small stretch of beach. General: While we had a comfortable stay, this hotel is not ideal for a vacation. It’s recommended only if you specifically need to be in that location.

DDoudoudoudoudouxiaosuoIt was my first time to Gulangyu Island. When I arrived at the pier, someone would come to pick me up and help me with my luggage. They were very welcoming. I would pass by several must-see attractions on my way to the hotel. The receptionist was also very nice and explained along the way. After arriving at the hotel, we were given an upgraded room type, which allowed us to overlook the sea view of Gulangyu Island. The design style of the entire hotel and the room is very unique. I was too tired to take photos at the hotel. The room type was exactly the same as described in the room type description. What you see is what you get. It was great. Regarding the tour guide of Gulangyu Island, there is a tour map in the hotel. The receptionist was also very detailed in helping to introduce the plan. The overall service was very enthusiastic. It is the best B&B choice for my next visit to Gulangyu Island~

SSolosolotravelWhen we arrived at the quarry it started to rain. The luggage pickup service was done by a middle aged man who seemed like a really nice guy, however he was ill-equipped for rainy weather. We walked through the rain and the luggage was completely soaked. (No buggy except for government related service, so the man used a trolley) the hotel room seemed sparse for its price, we booked the suite with panorama view. The night view is fantastic, but the toilet is easily choked, the staff came up to unclog the toilet explained that the piping was since time ancient and therefore cannot take any tissue. Luckily we only booked one night. Also the trip booking system seemed to hold the $$ for ‘preauthtorisation’ and the hotel requires you to pay again for the actual payment. Quite a number of guests were also buffled by this arrangement. Do take note of you are paying a guarantee to trip.com or the actual hotel. Only one young male staff was very enthusiastic and helpful, the rest did not seem like they want to work here. The atmosphere at front desk was generally quite gloomy.
