Service: The service here is incredible! A huge thank you to the owner! They even came down to pick us up when we arrived. We were able to store our luggage, and they brought it down to the first floor for us when we left! They also helped us with sending packages and more! The owner is just amazing! As a solo female traveler, I felt very safe and secure. The hotel looks exactly like the pictures! You can see the sea, and the location is excellent! The environment is great too, and it feels very safe. It's located in a building of a larger hotel, making it easy to find and convenient for everything. Most importantly, it's also very clean!

Dalian's Seaview Accommodation is Divine! The Star Sky Twin Room Guarantees a Pleasant Trip. The luckiest decision during my Dalian trip was choosing the twin room at the Star Sky Seaview Hotel! Whether you're traveling with friends, siblings, or on a business trip, this 40㎡ luxurious space is perfectly suited, providing an exceptional experience that warrants a five-star rating! The room design perfectly caters to aesthetic preferences! The light gray main color scheme, complemented by metallic accents, is minimalist yet sophisticated. The lack of excessive decor makes it feel more open and tidy. Two 1.5m large beds are placed side-by-side; the mattresses are just right in terms of softness, and with the skin-friendly bedding, I could fall asleep instantly after a day of travel. Two people can stay without bothering each other, and even three can fit without feeling cramped. The most delightful feature is the high-altitude panoramic window. Located on the 46th-48th floors, a quick draw of the curtains reveals the blue expanse of the Bohai Sea and the city skyline. Waking up to the sunrise over the sea and enjoying the reflection of neon lights on the water at night—every photo taken is wallpaper-worthy. The facilities show meticulous attention to detail! The bathroom features a dry and wet separation design, with abundant and stable hot water, making it super relaxing to wash away travel fatigue. The room offers ample storage space for luggage, clothes, and personal items. A high-powered hairdryer, quality toiletries, and even a refrigerator are all provided, making it highly practical. The soundproofing is excellent; you won't be disturbed whether resting late at night or having a quiet conversation. The elevator requires a room card for access, ensuring top-notch security. The location and service are both outstanding! The hotel is conveniently located right next to the prime Zhongshan Square, just a few minutes' walk from the subway station, making it incredibly easy to reach Venice Water Town and Russian Style Street. Downstairs, there's a plethora of food options, from seafood BBQ to local snacks. For those driving, free underground parking is available, so there's no stress about getting around or finding food. The front desk staff are warm and efficient, not only checking us in quickly but also proactively recommending local hidden gems. The housekeeping aunties clean the room immaculately every day, showing thoughtfulness in every detail. I've already recommended it to friends planning trips, and I'll definitely come back for a second stay when I visit Dalian again!

An absolutely perfect stay. The InterContinental Dalian boasts luxurious, elegant, and grand facilities. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and inviting, offering breathtaking views of the East Port shipyard and the ocean. Its prime downtown location provides incredibly convenient access to subway and bus lines, and taxi rides around the city are also very affordable. It's just a short walk to the historic century-old buildings around Zhongshan Square. Check-in was a breeze, and the service was attentive and incredibly warm. A special thank you to DANA at the front desk for her excellent service. I also appreciate the doormen who always helped me with my bags from the taxi. Finally, kudos to the F&B department for the thoughtful gesture of delivering red date and pear soup to my room in the evening, which was a perfect way to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring. Dalian truly is a fantastic city!

After this trip, I will never forget this hotel🏨, and I plan to come here again with friends when I have time. My husband chose the hotel and we were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The hotel is very close to the seaside, just a minute or two walk away. The decoration inside the hotel makes people feel particularly comfortable, with reasonable layout and practical placement of items. It feels like the decoration design is very thoughtful. I heard that there were no vacancies when we booked a suite. The big bed we booked was also very good. This hotel was the most comfortable hotel to stay in during this trip. In addition, the breakfast here is also very rich, and the service staff are also very good. I will definitely come again next time. grateful

Hotel not in busy city area but very convenient; Shopping mall & metro station is at next door. Overall Staff is attentive. They are not doing any fancy such room upgrade, big smile greeting or give out some souvenir. But I can feel some staff are very mindful such as women staff at gym, repair staff sent to my room to fix air conditioning problem; 2 thumps up for their truly service mind. Amenities is old style but I like most for baht tub & washing machine in room.

The room was newly renovated and looked fantastic. The bedding and towels were spotless. Breakfast offered a good variety and was delicious. The hotel boasts an excellent location, being close to Zhongshan Square and Harbor Square, which made it convenient for exploring all the sights. A 24-hour Lawson convenience store located right at the hotel entrance was a great bonus for any shopping needs. The front desk staff were friendly and patient, and the check-in process was very smooth. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. 👍👍

Such an amazing place. Near to metro station and venice city. Opposite the establishment are a lot of restaurants and street food plus our favourite icecream shop. We arrived really early and the got our room ready by 9:00 in the morning instead of thr normal check in time. Big room, amazing views plus free washing machine and fridge. They guve free drinking water whenever you ask and the wi-fi is fast. Very secure place and friendly reception. You get to scan their wechat account and anything you need is delivered once you ask before 4:00 evening. I must stay me and my friends had an amazing stay and we stored our luggage and went for a stroll in tiwn and everythying was ok.. i higly recommend this place for stays in Dalian

Facilities: A bit dated, with small cracks on the cabinet above the mini-fridge and some wall areas, as shown in the last two photos. Overall, it's nothing major and doesn't affect the stay; considering it's a hotel over ten years old, one shouldn't be too demanding. The hotel's facilities are generally complete, with standard luxury hotel amenities. The breakfast is decent; it offers more variety than some Westins but less than some Marriotts. However, the quality is good, especially the desserts which are delicious, and there's a wide selection of juices and milk. Some Marriott hotels even offer a full Cantonese dim sum spread, whereas here there are only a few hot dishes, making the variety seem limited, but the taste is excellent. The potatoes in the pork rib stew are very fragrant, and the boiled shrimp are quite large. All the fruits weren't sweet enough; the fruit quality could be improved. Hygiene: Clean and tidy. Environment: A landmark building in Dalian, nestled against the mountain and overlooking the sea – definitely worth a visit. It's even more stunning for photos at night. It's about a 10 to 15-minute walk downhill, and a bit far from the subway station, but it's away from the city's hustle and bustle, and getting a taxi is very convenient. There's a sky garden on the 5th floor, and the lobby is magnificent; any photo taken there looks great. Service: Thoughtful and attentive. Someone helps open car doors and handle luggage upon arrival. There's a dedicated butler service that tries its best to accommodate reasonable guest requests. The mini-bar requires extra payment, but a welcome fruit platter and dessert were provided, along with a large bottle of homemade beer. This hotel's beer isn't available online, but it's genuinely delicious.

Traveling with a friend, this hotel is located at Xinghai Square, and it's a 10-minute walk to the sea, so the location is great. The hotel has a bathhouse on the basement level, and guests receive complimentary tickets. As someone from the south, it was my first time experiencing Northeastern bathhouse culture, and I really felt the warmth and hospitality of the locals. Also, the hotel rooms are quite spacious and the temperature was a bit high; I actually sweated at night. Opening the window for ventilation made it more comfortable. Overall, it was a good stay with high value for money.

Our stay at the Grand Hyatt Dalian was excellent. The hotel truly exudes genuine warmth and the unique hospitality of Northeast China. Staff were proactive in offering services throughout our stay. The room was clean and tidy, and anything we requested was delivered promptly. Located right by Xinghai Square, the hotel offers incredibly convenient access to everything, and the sea view from the room is absolutely stunning. Highly recommended!
