The location is very convenient for all local businesses and restaurants. Services and staffs are wonderful. Breakfast is good. But the room is awful. Old. Dirty Carpet needs to get updated.

Mediocre at best. The name "Unique" feels like a stretch—there’s nothing particularly memorable about the place. Rooms were clean enough, but overall felt outdated and uninspired. Service was passable but far from warm or efficient. The amenities looked better in photos than in real life, and breakfast was forgettable. It’s fine if you need a bed for the night, but don’t expect anything beyond the basics. Plenty of other options in the area offer better value for the same price.

Hotel was fantastic, good location excellent service. English speaking staff. The only slight issue was in one of our rooms the you could hear loud music from room next door. Luckily they turned off the music before midnight.

This is the first time I can't resist writing a bad review. The sanitation conditions at this hotel, which costs over 400 yuan a day, are worse than those of domestic guesthouses. It says it opened in 2023, but I guess they just changed the sign and the facilities haven't been updated. The carpet is so dirty! They didn't provide disposable slippers, but luckily I brought a pair. You can refer to the photos of the soles of brand new disposable slippers to see how dirty the carpet is. I didn't even dare to put my suitcase directly on the floor. The bedding is also very old, and I don't know how many years it has been used. The wifi signal in the room is also not good, which is not suitable for people on business trips and will affect their work. There are not many breakfast dishes, and the sanitation of the room makes me hesitate to eat the breakfast they provide.

A very good hotel. The staff is helpful and polite, check-in is quick, the pool is clean, and the food in the restaurant is delicious (not spicy). There's a nice lounge upstairs. The rooms are cleaned promptly, and the toiletries are replenished. Overall, a positive experience!

There were amenities such as bottled water and toothbrushes. The shower and toilet bowl were close enough that your knees would hit them.

Hotel service seems average for a 4-star hotel. And you can't buy water from outside... I don't understand. There's a cafe on the first floor, but they charge a 10% fee when you pay with a credit card. It seems expensive. Breakfast is average. There's a gym upstairs, but there are only dumbbells. The location is not bad because it's in Banana.

I have been to Dhaka many times and have stayed at this hotel every time. It is a very good hotel. It is clean and safe.
