I don't think it's fair to take a note for cleaning, but I noticed that the windows in the rooms were full of forehead and face marks (to admire the cathedral, obviously) and it went unnoticed by the cleaning staff. The room was OK, the front desk guy was very welcoming, and it was very close to the waterfall bird park, but the hotel didn't have a laundry room, and the room didn't have screens. There were bugs when I turned on the lights at night, so I didn't dare to turn on the lights.
