The bed covers were for a queen bed however the room had a king bed. Surely housekeeping would have noticed the covers didn't cover the bed! There were 5 tissues in the dispenser. The window shade would not open. The bed frame hit the back of our legs when getting in or out of bed. The mattress needs to be replaced as there is a hump in the middle. This is the 5th Tru hotel we have stayed in & this location doesn't measure up to what we have come to expect from a Hilton property

It is comfortable and not expensive, and it is a great experience. A good choice for business travel. I have lived for four days, and the service staff is very enthusiastic. It is a cheap place.

The hotel is very close to the high speed. It is more convenient. Other aspects are cost-effective. It is OK. The price is not high. The environment is OK. The swimming pool and gym are closed this month.

This hotel was really nice. When we arrived they gave us a room that was not clean completely clean. We immediately went back downstairs and They switched the room and gave us vouchers for drinks for the inconvenience. It was walking distance about 10 minutes from beale street. There are restaurants nearby and the hotel have a nice restaurant. I would stay here again.

The Hard Rock Casino is two miles away, while the Birthplace of Country Music Museum is four miles from our hotel. The Bristol Motor Speedway is 14-minutes away. GGuest UserSo I of course read google reviews about this place before hand and was torn ... ultimately deciding on it because I kept going back to it on google ...upon checking in after I online booked it...I was greeted by a young woman behind the desk who was cheerful eager to help and informative. Even thou it was nearly 10pm. After 10 minutes the room phone rang it was the front desk and the same young woman who checked me in ..asking about my pit bull saying the lady next door called said my dog was trying to attack her car thru the window...this flat out didn't happen however my dog and her car were playing and my dog isn't a pit bull she's an American Bully but I get it ...I assured the front desk my dot wouldn't be by the neighbors window again and apologized for her having to call me ...fyi y'all ever known a dog to try and attack a cat thru a window without barking growling or acting a damn fool??? Cuz mine sure didn't do any of that ...ANYWAY...The room I booked had 2 queens and lemme tell ya the beds were unbelievably comfortable as were the pillows. The aesthetics of the room was chill and relaxing TV worked as it should so did the AC ...but on to the best part the lady tending to the contentinal breakfast...which was fully stocked at all times and not just stocked but perfectly lined pastries breads and cereal bowls. On my particular morning which was a Friday they served sausage links biscuits eggs blueberry or plain pancakes. They had fresh apple or orange juice but it was the attendant who made it amazing not just her detail but her pleasant disposition to everyone was fantastic. I would return just to tip her again !!! This was a treat experience and one I'll never regret

LLoreeann32Everyone was so nice. The employees treated you very nicely. I checked in and went to my room. I found out my door did not close all the way. I would close it, but it would not latch. I went downstairs, and the mantainence man was right there, and he went up with me to fix it. Everything was clean, even the bedding. The bathroom was clean, but when I was getting ready for bed, I saw an ant on the counter in the bathroom. I did not think anything of it and killed it and went to sleep. The next morning, I was getting ready in the bathroom, and I found 2-3 ants on the counter. I killed them, but I was gone all day. I stayed a total of 2 nights. When I came back for the night, I went to bed. The next morning, I took a shower. The water pressure was not good. The hot water and the shower were awesome but could use more pressure. Once again, getting ready for the day and this time, there were ants all over. They were going up the walls on the ceiling. I am not sure if something was spilled on the walls, but it looked like they all were going towards one spot. That's what led me to believe that. So I moved all my things and got ready in the foyer where there was a mirror. I was leaving that morning anyway, so I figured I would tell the staff. So I checked out and told the front desk, she just said ok.” I thought she would take it seriously, but she did not. I stayed in room 411. Very nice room. Just check for ants. The breakfast was free for both days. I was told the owner was giving free vouchers for breakfast. I thought that was awesome. Overall, good stay.

GGuest UserGood for family. Room size was good. Although hotel is at roadside, rooms are away from road, hence quiet. Hotel is also by the river and room balconies face river which is nice. One swimming pool is with slide and waterfal. Second pool at other end of the hotel is also nice. Breakfast is basic. It worked well for our family. In front of hotel, there is a stop for free public nostalgic bus (Blue line trolley) that takes you down to Gatlinburg center in a few minutes(Aquarium is last stop), comes at every 15 min. Otherwise it’s 15 min.walk to the city center.
