It's very good and cost-effective. We stayed in a twin room with two single beds and a massage bed. The view was great and it's most suitable for two adults and one child. The hotel gives you a bathing ticket. For an additional 49 yuan, you can have a basic bathing service. We tried the bathing service and it was very comfortable. If you are interested, you can also buy a more expensive package for better results. There is also a hot spring on the sixth floor. This spring water seeps out from 300 meters underground and is a branch of Changbai Mountain. The water quality is indeed very silky. The buffet is very rich. We didn't have the dinner buffet, but the breakfast buffet is included in the room rate. This is the most unobtrusive buffet I have ever had. There are many choices, the portions are large, and the taste is good. You can try the freshly steamed ones. Sea urchin dumplings. Overall I feel good and will recommend it to my friends!

The facilities, cleanliness, ambiance, and service were all superb. Its proximity to Dinosaur Kingdom and Folk Park was a major plus.
However, there were a few significant drawbacks:
1. The hotel's layout is incredibly sprawling; it was an extremely long walk to our room. Getting to and from the room felt like an endless trek every single time.
2. The front desk was noticeably understaffed. The attendant checking us in had to repeatedly stop to answer multiple phone calls, making the check-in process incredibly drawn out.
3. To my dismay, the hotel's swimming pool was closed for maintenance. I'm unsure if this was just bad luck or if it's perpetually under repair, but it instantly negated a key reason for choosing this hotel.
4. A quick rant about Yanji Dinosaur Kingdom: The entrance fee offers terrible value for money. For over 200 yuan, there was surprisingly little to do. We had planned for a full day, but we were done in half a day – it was utterly boring. The only truly appealing attraction, the 7D cinema, was also closed for maintenance. What a joke! Despite being marketed as one 'Dinosaur Kingdom' complex, accessing the hot springs, Happy Water World, and performances all required additional payment. A family of four could easily spend well over 2,000 yuan for a single visit.
I definitely won't be returning.

Hot Springs ♨️♨️♨️
You can go anytime during your stay. There's a shuttle bus circulating right outside the hotel, and it takes just a minute to get to the hot spring entrance. They have both indoor and outdoor hot springs; I highly recommend the outdoor ones! Although the lighting wasn't great when I went at night, there were plenty of mood lights. I even got to experience it while it was snowing ❄️, which made for some great photos. After soaking, you can also enjoy the sauna 🧖🏻♀️.
Pick-up: I informed the hotel of my train 🚄 arrival time a day in advance. On the day of arrival, a concierge called to confirm before I even left the station, and met me right at the exit. It was just a short walk to the bus, which took me directly to the hotel 🏨.
Check-in: Building No. 3 is quite new and conveniently houses the front desk and breakfast area. They'll help you book your skiing ⛷️ time and add the concierge on WeChat, who will provide detailed information about your itinerary, express access to Changbai Mountain, and more. Any questions you have for the concierge are answered very quickly.
Dining: The Food Court offers a good variety with a la carte options, BBQ, and iron pot stew. I highly recommend the stir-fried pork belly with kimchi!
Overall, the experience was excellent. If you're looking for a hassle-free trip, I highly recommend this place.
Staying at this hotel with my child during the National Day holiday perfectly met my need to 'escape the hustle and bustle'! It's not a traditional hotel building; instead, 32 independent structures are spread throughout the park. The lobby, the Cidu all-day dining restaurant, and the swimming pool are all in the main building. We stayed in a Superior Landscape Twin Room in Building 7, which was accessible by shuttle bus. The room was spacious and clean. The new Chinese style was elegant and charming, making for a truly relaxing stay. A short walk from the hotel takes you to the wetland lake, where you can watch black swans glide by – much more pleasant than battling crowds at city attractions.
Service highlights:
1. The front desk staff were warm and efficient with check-in and check-out, patiently answering all our questions.
2. Chen Xin, a staff member in the breakfast restaurant, was exceptionally thoughtful: my child had just turned 1.4 meters, which meant he met the criteria for breakfast charges. Unexpectedly, Chen Xin proactively offered, 'Please enjoy your meal, and I'll either give you a discount or waive the charge when you leave.' This simple gesture deeply touched us and showcased the hotel's flexibility and goodwill.
3. Room service was prompt; any requests (like extra amenities or ice) were quickly handled, and the service was polite and thorough.
4. Staff in other roles (such as housekeeping and security) were also very courteous, greeting us proactively. When they saw us with our child and luggage, they even offered a helping hand.
The only downside was the behavior of a few guests – in the breakfast restaurant, there were often large amounts of leftover food piled on tables and napkins thrown on the floor. In the swimming pool changing room, despite clearly marked bins for towels and trash, some people still left used towels and clutter everywhere. While we constantly saw staff cleaning, the sheer number of guests during the National Day holiday sometimes made it hard for them to keep up. I sincerely urge guests to be more considerate of public areas.

This stay was absolutely fantastic! The hotel's location is super convenient, just a few minutes from the ski resort, with easy access to dining and shopping. The room was exceptionally clean, even the bathroom grout was spotless. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent; not a sound disturbed us all night. The front desk staff were warm and efficient, checking us in super quickly and proactively recommending local hidden gems and eateries. The Wi-Fi signal was stable, there were plenty of charging outlets, hot water was readily available, and the toiletries were high-quality. The value for money is incredible; I've already recommended it to friends, and I'll definitely stay here again for my next ski trip!
**For Families:**
Choosing the right hotel is so important when traveling with kids! This place perfectly met our family's needs. The room was prepped with children's books and small toys, and our baby started playing happily the moment we walked in. Breakfast had special kids' tableware, and the staff even brought our child a small cake, such thoughtful details. The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the amusement park, offers free parking, and free luggage storage, saving us the hassle of rushing with a child. The room was spacious, the bed height was suitable for children, and the cleanliness was excellent, so we didn't have to worry about the baby touching things. All the staff were incredibly patient and gentle with children, making the entire stay stress-free. I'll bring my parents here next time!
**For Business Travelers:**
I was so pleasantly surprised by this hotel for my business trip! It's in the heart of the city center, close to my work location, and within walking distance. The room's soundproofing was superb, allowing me to work late into the night undisturbed. The desk was spacious and flat, with plenty of charging outlets around, so I could charge my laptop and phone simultaneously. The Wi-Fi speed was incredibly fast, with zero lag during video conferences. Breakfast opened at 7 AM, offering a wide variety of options that could be quickly picked up, ensuring I ate well even when catching an early flight. The front desk service was professional and efficient, helping me print documents quickly and clearly, and they also provided free tea and charging cable rental services. The overall experience was simple and practical, perfectly meeting my business travel needs. It’s definitely on my list of regular hotels for business trips!
**For Romantic Getaways (Couples):**
Our anniversary stay was full of delightful surprises! The hotel has a great design aesthetic, and the common areas have a wonderful ambiance. Our room featured huge floor-to-ceiling windows, offering direct views of the city at night. We had mentioned our anniversary to the hotel beforehand, and the room was thoughtfully decorated with rose petals. We also received a welcome fruit platter and a handwritten card, making the occasion feel truly special. The room was exceptionally clean, the bedding was soft and comfortable, the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the hot water was plentiful and consistently warm. The staff were gentle and soft-spoken, responding quickly to our needs, and they also recommended private local restaurants. The overall value for money was excellent, romantic and thoughtful. I've already recommended it to my couple friends, and we'll definitely come back for our next vacation!

Our stay at the Crowne Plaza was a delightful experience. Although we couldn't visit Changbai Mountain due to the weather, the hotel's hot springs and ambiance were definite highlights. The hotel service was professional, from the shuttle and front desk to the guest rooms, hot spring pools, and restaurant, all were friendly, attentive, and well-organized. Special thanks to the butler who promptly provided information and resolved issues, which was a great help. We'll definitely be back for another vacation with our family.

I chose Changchun the night before the National Day trip, and booked Cherry Hotel early in the morning. There are enough rooms and the price-performance ratio is quite high
When we arrived, my father took the children to see the room and decided to stay
Next to the Middle East Market, you can walk there in less than 10 minutes
Breakfast is rich and very enjoyable
It has its own Japanese food restaurant and hot spring restaurant
The road in front (Ziyou Road) is 5.1 kilometers away from Changchun Zoo and Botanical Garden, which is quite convenient
There are many people and cars during the National Day, so we took a taxi and the taxi came very quickly
It is also very convenient to go to Jingyuetan
The hotel is in a good location
The whole family is very happy staying here
The sanitary environment is good. The big yellow duck parent-child room has a bathtub for a comfortable bath. It is very convenient for eating and playing around. The breakfast is a bit not rich, and the taste of Caiyuexuan on the first floor is better than the buffet dinner!

The hotel's location is quite good, nestled within Enduli, and you can even watch fireworks every night. The main thing is that the hotel is very quiet. The owner is really nice, and the staff's service is excellent. They were very enthusiastic about helping us carry our luggage up the stairs. Highly recommend! [strong] Although the breakfast doesn't have a huge variety, it has all the essentials, and the taste is good. The beef brisket noodle soup base is even freshly made, which shows a lot of care.

MM369000****I've stayed at Park Hyatt hotels in Sanya, Beijing, and Shenzhen in China, and this one in Changbaishan is my fourth. The pros and cons are remarkably similar, so let's start with the pros:
1. Park Hyatt hotels consistently boast high-quality decor and design. The wooden cabins in the back garden are incredibly photogenic!
2. The toiletries are excellent; the Lelabo No. 22 is a standard Park Hyatt amenities.
3. They contacted me promptly before arrival, inquiring about my arrival time and arranging an upgrade to a suite in advance.
4. The room service is excellent; the overall stay experience is very good.
Now for the cons:
1. A common problem with Park Hyatts is the mediocre food. During my stay at the Changbaishan Park Hyatt, I ate dinner three times and had room service once. The conclusion is that, apart from Northeastern Chinese cuisine, everything else was very average. Some dishes were even quite poor. I tried dishes ranging from high-priced to low-priced, and my personal recommendation is to stick to Northeastern Chinese food. The breakfast was also just average.
2. Some service was lacking. It seems the hotel has hired many new employees, perhaps due to the upcoming peak season, but their training has been inadequate. Firstly, at least half the staff lacked enthusiasm and professionalism; they didn't greet me proactively, and sometimes I was ready to reciprocate but they simply walked past. Secondly, the staff's professionalism was insufficient; for example, they were clueless when asked about the dishes. I hope the hotel can strengthen its staff training in this area. I want to especially commend Liu Changsheng from the food and beverage department; he handled customer needs promptly and was very enthusiastic, and suggestions were readily accepted.
Since I drove here, I didn't experience the hotel's shuttle service, and I didn't try skiing this time, so I have no comment on those aspects. If there's room for improvement, I hope the hotel can learn from the Park Hyatt Sanya and enhance privacy. My girlfriend was taking photos in the outdoor pool when someone was secretly filming her… Of course, this isn't the hotel's fault, but increasing privacy would certainly reduce such incidents. Overall, I still have a fondness for the Park Hyatt and hope the Changbaishan Park Hyatt continues to improve. I'll probably come again next year and hope to see improvements.

Iiron rabbitFirst of all, I would like to thank the hotel for upgrading me to a two-bedroom and one-living room type during the off-season. The service of the staff was also very good, which is the key reason for giving a high score this time. Let me give an objective evaluation of the hotel:
Room: Overall Japanese-style decoration, bright and simple, with a fireplace. In particular, there are two viewing balconies with first-class scenery, directly overlooking the distant mountain snow trails, which is very good and has become a plus point for the entire journey.
Facilities: The mini bar has a rich variety of drinks and is equipped with a Dyson hair dryer. There is no heating at the end of the snow season, but there are plenty of radiators and the bedding is also very comfortable.
Ski package: The price of more than 2,000 includes two single-day ski tickets, snowshoes and snowboards, which are worth more than 1,300. There is an exclusive corridor to the ski resort on the second floor of the hotel. The ski resort has a hotel-exclusive VIP locker. The snowboards provided are BURTON, which are all very good. The package does not include helmets, gloves, snow goggles, and masks, which need to be brought by yourself or paid extra.
Service: The front desk service is very online. Although it can be seen that the store is about to close and there are not many staff, they are responsive to room requests and the ladies are very hard-working.
Catering: The breakfast is really full marks. It is all Japanese, with ramen, miso soup, sashimi, etc. I have been to many hot spring hotels in Hokkaido, and this breakfast product is really not inferior!
Interlude: I questioned the quality of the water for washing in the room. The identity response of the staff at the first time further deepened my concerns, causing a night of anxiety. But fortunately, the hotel has upgraded the subsequent treatment. The manager's response attitude is very positive. He also said that compensation will be given in the next snow season. The most touching thing is that he has been waiting for me to come back from the snow trail and check out to find me as soon as possible. With such employees, everything will be successful. I hope it is not because I am a black diamond. . So I will not expand on the process. I hope the hotel will still pay attention to it. Infrastructure is no small matter, and better serve customers in the next snow season.
After the whole experience, except for the episode, I still give a high score to Baiwanshi. I hope that the hot spring will open next time I come.

LlilsheepWe had a very good stay at the Westin Changbaishan Resort, which is part of the Wanda Ski Resort complex. We were warmly received by butler/assistant No.3 小陈, who ensured our stay was a fulfilling and engaging one. He assisted us with transport bookings and always reached out thru Wechat to see if we needed any help.
Although the hardware and fixtures at the Westin are aging, the service staff from the hotel are excellent. We had a good experience at the Club lounge, with happy hour served from 5pm to 7pm and was always served with a smile by the lounge manager and assistants. Housekeeping was also great, and our room also came with a humidifier, which housekeeper always refilled daily.
We also enjoyed the complimentary hot spring access (once per stay) but didnt try the water park as the weather was pretty cold.
Highly recommend a stay at the Westin if you're coming to Ski/Snowboard at Changbaishan West Slope.

QQingdenghongchenkeAugust was peak season, and the area was bustling with people. Despite the crowds, the hotel's operations were efficient, and check-in at the front desk was smooth and hassle-free, which we greatly appreciated. The facilities are comprehensive, with the bathtub and double vanity design being a particularly impressive feature. Breakfast offered a wide and varied spread, and dinner was exceptional value for money. The seafood was unbelievably fresh – definitely a highlight worth experiencing! The hotel boasts an excellent location; it's conveniently close to both the West Station and the popular 'influencer wall'. It was truly a delightful and surprising find on our journey!
