It's very good and cost-effective. We stayed in a twin room with two single beds and a massage bed. The view was great and it's most suitable for two adults and one child. The hotel gives you a bathing ticket. For an additional 49 yuan, you can have a basic bathing service. We tried the bathing service and it was very comfortable. If you are interested, you can also buy a more expensive package for better results. There is also a hot spring on the sixth floor. This spring water seeps out from 300 meters underground and is a branch of Changbai Mountain. The water quality is indeed very silky. The buffet is very rich. We didn't have the dinner buffet, but the breakfast buffet is included in the room rate. This is the most unobtrusive buffet I have ever had. There are many choices, the portions are large, and the taste is good. You can try the freshly steamed ones. Sea urchin dumplings. Overall I feel good and will recommend it to my friends!

It's truly a positive development to have a hotel of this caliber in the Northeast region. The facilities are excellent, the amenities are top-notch, and the service was good. My child went down the slides over fifty times and wanted to keep playing the next day! It's a shame we only booked one night, but we promised them we'd return.
The service was good overall, but some amenities are still being progressively added/improved. For instance, after the hot springs, there were no assisted bathing services like body scrubs or milk baths, which made the relaxation experience feel a bit incomplete. Also, evening entertainment options around the hotel were a bit far to reach on foot. We look forward to seeing further development in the future.

Subject: An Exceptional Stay Defined by Remarkable Service and Comfort
I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and it was truly an exceptional experience from start to finish. The level of service here is world-class, particularly the housekeeping team. When I found my room a bit too warm and realized the windows were fixed, the staff proactively provided a fan to improve airflow. This, combined with the in-room humidifier, ensured a perfect night’s sleep. The room amenities were also incredibly thoughtful and comprehensive.
The hotel facilities are a major highlight. The hot springs offer an impressive variety of both indoor and outdoor pools. Furthermore, the logistics are handled seamlessly; the shuttle service to and from the High-Speed Rail station was very convenient. For those visiting Changbaishan, the hotel offers a direct bus service (provided you have a ticket), which made my trip stress-free.
I want to extend my sincere gratitude to Da Ling and Yin Ling. Their attentive care and constant check-ins throughout my stay made me feel truly valued and were the highlights of my trip.
The dining experience was equally impressive. The breakfast buffet featured a wide variety of delicious options, and the on-site restaurant served a diverse menu where every dish was flavorful.
Overall, I am thoroughly impressed. I will certainly choose to stay here again on my next visit.
The hotel facilities are great, with a hot spring and comfortable rooms. We also booked a handpan experience and a photoshoot, both of which were good.
The only suggestion I have is that I'm not sure if management has set some strange KPIs, but the experience of staff asking for positive reviews was not great, especially since they asked to mention specific names. No wonder the comment section is full of names being mentioned, but honestly, the service wasn't memorable enough for me to recall any names. Each staff member was diligent and did what they were supposed to, but most of them didn't have a smile on their face. Whether in the restaurant or other areas, the staff seemed very flustered, hurried, and expressionless, which doesn't really fit the vibe of a resort hotel. Interestingly, the outsourced services like the handpan instructors, hot spring restaurant staff, and photographers showed a bit more warmth and naturalness. Management really needs to consider why this is the case.

This stay was absolutely fantastic! The hotel's location is super convenient, just a few minutes from the ski resort, with easy access to dining and shopping. The room was exceptionally clean, even the bathroom grout was spotless. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent; not a sound disturbed us all night. The front desk staff were warm and efficient, checking us in super quickly and proactively recommending local hidden gems and eateries. The Wi-Fi signal was stable, there were plenty of charging outlets, hot water was readily available, and the toiletries were high-quality. The value for money is incredible; I've already recommended it to friends, and I'll definitely stay here again for my next ski trip!
**For Families:**
Choosing the right hotel is so important when traveling with kids! This place perfectly met our family's needs. The room was prepped with children's books and small toys, and our baby started playing happily the moment we walked in. Breakfast had special kids' tableware, and the staff even brought our child a small cake, such thoughtful details. The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the amusement park, offers free parking, and free luggage storage, saving us the hassle of rushing with a child. The room was spacious, the bed height was suitable for children, and the cleanliness was excellent, so we didn't have to worry about the baby touching things. All the staff were incredibly patient and gentle with children, making the entire stay stress-free. I'll bring my parents here next time!
**For Business Travelers:**
I was so pleasantly surprised by this hotel for my business trip! It's in the heart of the city center, close to my work location, and within walking distance. The room's soundproofing was superb, allowing me to work late into the night undisturbed. The desk was spacious and flat, with plenty of charging outlets around, so I could charge my laptop and phone simultaneously. The Wi-Fi speed was incredibly fast, with zero lag during video conferences. Breakfast opened at 7 AM, offering a wide variety of options that could be quickly picked up, ensuring I ate well even when catching an early flight. The front desk service was professional and efficient, helping me print documents quickly and clearly, and they also provided free tea and charging cable rental services. The overall experience was simple and practical, perfectly meeting my business travel needs. It’s definitely on my list of regular hotels for business trips!
**For Romantic Getaways (Couples):**
Our anniversary stay was full of delightful surprises! The hotel has a great design aesthetic, and the common areas have a wonderful ambiance. Our room featured huge floor-to-ceiling windows, offering direct views of the city at night. We had mentioned our anniversary to the hotel beforehand, and the room was thoughtfully decorated with rose petals. We also received a welcome fruit platter and a handwritten card, making the occasion feel truly special. The room was exceptionally clean, the bedding was soft and comfortable, the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the hot water was plentiful and consistently warm. The staff were gentle and soft-spoken, responding quickly to our needs, and they also recommended private local restaurants. The overall value for money was excellent, romantic and thoughtful. I've already recommended it to my couple friends, and we'll definitely come back for our next vacation!

I spent a long time choosing a hotel for our trip to Changbai Mountain. Since we only had two days, it was a challenge to ensure our family could enjoy everything thoroughly. Ultimately, we were very satisfied with our choice. Firstly, the hotel isn't far from the Changbai Mountain entrance, and they offer direct shuttle service. The hot spring is right within the hotel, which was our first winter hot spring experience. It was a bit crowded, but that's to be expected during peak season. We went skiing on the day we checked in. We almost gave up because of the tight schedule – we arrived at 1 PM and the shuttle left at 1:30 PM. However, Mr. Zhang from the hotel encouraged us and actively helped our whole family (renting clothes, assisting with quick check-in procedures), and we had a great time. The small park behind the hotel was also fantastic; we fed animals and enjoyed small snow activities. We even built a little snowman in the park the next morning. As for food, breakfast was decent, but dinner à la carte was a bit pricey – you can spend as much or as little as you like.

Facilities: Complete facilities
Hygiene: Cleaned very well
Environment: Nice
Service: Very good service, answers to all questions
I chose Changchun the night before the National Day trip, and booked Cherry Hotel early in the morning. There are enough rooms and the price-performance ratio is quite high
When we arrived, my father took the children to see the room and decided to stay
Next to the Middle East Market, you can walk there in less than 10 minutes
Breakfast is rich and very enjoyable
It has its own Japanese food restaurant and hot spring restaurant
The road in front (Ziyou Road) is 5.1 kilometers away from Changchun Zoo and Botanical Garden, which is quite convenient
There are many people and cars during the National Day, so we took a taxi and the taxi came very quickly
It is also very convenient to go to Jingyuetan
The hotel is in a good location
The whole family is very happy staying here
The check-in was very fast. Xinxue provided great service and upgraded the room. Because the Marriott benefits booked by Ctrip could not be used, they sent fruits after explaining, which was very heartwarming. The overall hotel environment is good and there is a heated swimming pool. Suggestion: since it is a hotel booked by Ctrip for parents and children, the children's supplies are only toothbrushes and slippers. I hope that children's shampoo, shower gel and bathrobes can be added in the future.

I highly recommend Huansen Guanzhi B&B. This is by far the best B&B experience I've ever had. My review is guaranteed to be authentic and not an advertisement:
1. The B&B is located within the Enduli commercial district, with a wide array of shopping and dining options. The owner thoughtfully arranged a free shuttle service, ensuring a seamless journey from the train station directly to the B&B's doorstep.
2. The B&B's amenities are exceptionally comprehensive: they offer a fantastic breakfast with various self-service options, freshly cooked noodles, coffee, and other beverages. Furthermore, there's an outdoor hot spring, providing an excellent experience in winter where the air temperature is -25°C while the water is a comfortable 40°C.
3. The staff at the B&B were incredibly warm and provided very prompt assistance. Whether it was the shuttle service, helping with our luggage, or doing laundry, everything was handled efficiently and promptly, which we greatly appreciated.
4. The room facilities themselves are excellent. The bedding in our room type was very clean, and they even provided various Changbai Mountain specialty beverages. When we wanted to brew some tea, the owner even offered his personal tea set. Our room type also had a small balcony, offering a wonderful view for relaxation. The B&B provides L'Occitane toiletries, which contributed to a very pleasant bathing experience.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, close to both the town and the North Slope. It's about a ten-minute drive from the high-speed rail station, and the hotel provides a convenient shuttle service. The hotel features its own hot springs, where you can relax and soak while enjoying beautiful views of the Erdaobai River. They even have unique large iron pot hot spring baths, creating a truly wonderful atmosphere. The rooms themselves are quite spacious, though the facilities are a bit dated.
The hotel's restaurant, 'Shao Jiu Guan,' impressed with its authentic Northeastern Chinese decor and cuisine. It boasts a lovely setting with the Erdaobai River flowing just outside its windows. When I asked the butler to reserve a table, I specifically requested a window seat if possible and was confirmed that one had been booked. However, upon arriving at the restaurant, just as a server was leading us towards a window table, another staff member abruptly informed us that all window seats were taken due to earlier bookings. We were then told to either sit in an inner section or return later. Oddly enough, after we had settled at an inner table and placed our order, we were suddenly told that a window seat had become available. This really put a damper on our dining experience. It would have been much better if they had simply informed us during the booking process if a window seat wasn't available.

MM741677****The front desk staff were quick and professional. We even got a room upgrade! The hotel's location is great, close to the North Scenic Area, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The breakfast had a good variety and tasted delicious. The environment is exquisite and comfortable, and the hygiene is clean and tidy. The hotel staff were exceptionally nice, especially the front desk lady. During the 817 Rice Festival, it was impossible to find a taxi, so the hotel even arranged a car to pick us up.

NNina_QuPark Hyatt Changbaishan | The Pros and Cons of a Family Ski Trip
We recently took our two kids to Park Hyatt Changbaishan, and were warmly welcomed right from check-in – the hotel thoughtfully upgraded us to a main building room with an extra bed, understanding our family's needs, which saved us a lot of hassle!
The outdoor balcony of our suite was a hidden gem, offering incredible views. We watched the sunrise over the snowy mountains with clouds rolling in, and during the day, we could see people skiing on the slopes – truly immersing us in the snowy atmosphere. The hotel amenities were also very convenient; we could rent ski equipment right downstairs at the snow house, and there was even a mini Bognar counter to browse. Being so close to the ski resort was a huge plus.
However, there were a few minor issues. The direct ski-out slope was better suited for beginner snowboarders. As dual-boarders, we had to walk down to the mountain base, and then trudge back in heavy ski boots after skiing, adding an extra 30 minutes of 'cardio workout' – which really detracted from the experience.
The outdoor hot springs were definitely a lifesaver in winter, but our slippers kept getting lost. Walking barefoot on the freezing ground was quite unpleasant! Calling for service also took a long time to get a response, which was disappointing. The room facilities also showed some 'signs of age.' The iron screw on the wooden door next to the bathtub was rusted and detached. When we reported it to housekeeping, we were simply told to 'leave it as is.' The sharp corners of the table by the sofa in the living room led to our child accidentally scratching their leg. Staff only symbolically put on corner protectors after the incident, showing a lack of attention to detail.
The breakfast selection was somewhat limited, and many dishes had to be ordered à la carte. This could affect dining efficiency, especially when rushing to get the kids to ski early.
Overall, the hotel's location and basic services are commendable, but there's significant room for improvement in terms of facility maintenance and detailed service. We hope for a better experience next time.

AAnonymous UserThe ultimate surprise of our Beidahu skiing trip was definitely the Million Stone Onsen Hotel! As a high-end Japanese luxury brand under Gokurakuyu, the hotel is centrally located within the resort, a mere 5-minute walk directly to the slopes, allowing for true 'ski-in/ski-out' access. The complete equipment rental service was incredibly convenient. From our window, we enjoyed stunning views of the snowy mountains and rime ice, while the wooden, gassho-style architecture exuded a warm, Zen-like tranquility. Our room was spotless, with custom pillows and a wide array of amenities showing great attention to detail. After skiing, we headed straight to the Gokurakuyu on the second floor, where the alkaline hot springs warmly washed away our fatigue. Coupled with delicious Japanese cuisine like sushi, sashimi, and tonkotsu ramen, both our bodies and taste buds were thoroughly satisfied. The staff were meticulous and attentive, providing 24-hour responsive service, making our entire stay from check-in to check-out incredibly comfortable. Whether you're traveling with family or are a passionate skier, this is the perfect choice for a winter vacation. It's already on our annual must-visit list!

SshanAs an old five-star hotel, apart from the manager at the lobby entrance who had a good attitude, the rest of the staff were really disappointing. The person who checked us in immediately changed their expression when they saw we were only staying one night. They didn't bother to tell us anything about breakfast or how to arrange skiing. The person handling the ski passes seemed to be in a bad mood, perhaps on their period, and was very unfriendly. In comparison, the breakfast service was the best. We understand that your hotel has been open for a long time and some facilities are a bit old, so we won't quibble about that. However, the balcony door and window don't close properly, and with temperatures at -30 degrees Celsius, the wind seeped through the cracks all night, making it chilly. The room temperature barely reached 18 degrees Celsius, which, thankfully, was still somewhat manageable for us southerners who are used to damp and cold weather 🤭. For an international five-star hotel costing almost 3000 a night, this is quite embarrassing.
JJTLJThe service staff are rather cold & stern unlike people from Harbin City whom are generally more customer centric and warm. Rooms are very clean and new but they don't cleanup rooms even when we stayed for 2 nights, as our rubbish were not cleared. The hotels do not have direct access to hot spring center as we need to walk out of the building to access the other building next to it which is equipped with hot spring except for morning breakfast that their 3rd floor staff canteen will be open for hotel guests to access. There's no bell boy & nobody assist on the luggages. We checked in on a very cold night and didnt get to walked to the 网红墙 as it's about 1km walking distance. They are not near to any convenient chains, but there's a local mart just right across if only getting basic stuff.

AAnonymous UserThe boss is very kind. He is a rare English-speaking boss in China, so he communicated well. The tatami room on the first floor is used by children in the third floor building, and the second floor is neatly composed of a living room and a third floor bed room. There are toilets on each floor, so it's not too much for large families to use. The complex feels like a townhouse, so it's good to take a walk around. Thanks to you, I had a great vacation.
