We stayed at Sofitel Xining for a total of four nights, and our experience was exceptional from start to finish. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are modern and spacious, and the facilities (pool, gym, executive lounge) are world-class — but what truly made the difference was the incredible hospitality. A very special thank you to Lucy and Mia at the front desk. Their warm welcome, kindness, and proactive support made us feel genuinely cared for. They went above and beyond to help us during our stay — from arranging transportation to providing great local recommendations. Their professionalism combined with their friendliness made every interaction a pleasure. We also want to thank Jenny, the Staff Manager, for her attention to detail and personal care. She checked on us several times to make sure everything was perfect, and we felt truly valued as guests. It’s rare to experience this level of service — we felt more like friends than hotel guests. Highly recommended. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Xining.

My friend recommended this place, and it truly was excellent. The room was very clean and quiet, and the location was superb. I brought my child, and there was easily enough space for a family of four. They even provided fresh fruit daily, and the mini-fridge had absolutely no odor, which I particularly appreciated. The service was great, and the cleaning staff were very enthusiastic. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Xining.

The hotel is in Dachaidan Town, ten minutes drive from Emerald Lake. The conditions in the town are very good. The room has oxygen supply facilities. The service was relatively good: when we informed the front desk that there was no water, they immediately provided it; the hotel also gave us a small gift, the yogurt which the children loved. Parking was free, but it was on the basement level, requiring a flight of stairs to reach the lobby.
