Hotels With Spa in Johor, Malaysia

Our overall stay was alright. We appreciated being allowed to check in an hour early and were given a nice room. The water dispenser outside the hotel was also a convenient touch for clean drinking water. However, there were several areas that could be improved. The fridge in the room was not working. Although the room was meant for three people, only two towels were provided. The TV came with Netflix, but it was slow, and the Wi-Fi connection was quite unreliable. The air-conditioning was extremely cold — even when we switched it off, the room still felt very chilly. On the positive side, we were impressed with the gym equipment, and we enjoyed the convenience of table tennis and the pool table. However, the room with the gym and pool table could use more furnishings or a touch of decoration to make it feel more welcoming. The swimming pool was fine, but there were no towels provided, so guests should be reminded to bring their own. Another highlight was the convenience of having the mall right below the hotel. It offered massage services, a hair salon, pedicure and manicure, shopping options, and even an indoor playground for children and Go karting. However, food choices were limited, and the Monday pasar malam was not very halal-friendly. The lobby area also tended to be busy and crowded. Overall, while the facilities around the hotel were convenient and enjoyable, the in-room experience could definitely be improved.

Hotel is at a very convenient location, with KSL mall and many F&B choices in the vicinity. However, felt the staff at front desk need more training. E.g. when i handed over my credit card for desposit and without trying she said they dont take debit card. When i told her that it is a credit card, she said she will try. The room was not bad but the water pressure was weak.

Hotel building is quite old but well maintained. Location is good, accessible to a lot of shopping places. Easy and convenient for Grab pickup! The breakfast was really very good spread, we all enjoyed it! But forgotten to take photos, oops.... We explored the gym and swimming pool after breakfast, would be planning to stay here again so that can enjoy the facilities.

Went in for a night's getaway. Check-in and out was a breeze- bcos no queues, no crowds. Too breezy that even parking gantry is not even closed, no need for registration of TPG cards, no security 🤭🤨. Toiletries were too basic with soaps and toothbrushes only. Stuffs like q-tip, shower cap, sanitary bag were not there. Not sure if they missed out or its meant to be like tht. But for $100/night, its something to look into. Breakfast was basic but acceptable pastries,western, nasi lemak,fried noodle. Cafe was very hot, poor ventilation. Good for relaxing only cos hotel has nothing much to offer. Have to drive around for food and shop.

This is my second time visit to this hotel,my first time visit was a long time ago before covid,so many improvement in all aspect,such an enjoyable stays for us,keep it up

Superb location , restaurant and mall are within walking distance We had a great stay! The location is superb — restaurants and shopping malls are just a short walk away, making it very convenient for dining and entertainment. A special thank you to Miss Nurin, who was friendly and efficient in helping us with the check-in process. Her warm hospitality made our arrival smooth and pleasant. The hotel also surprised us with complimentary chocolate drinks for the kids, which they absolutely loved. Overall, a very satisfying experience and would definitely recommend staying here.

This hotel is a rite infont of bus stop, you can take bus number T20 from JB customs . Besides hotel rights hand side got a money changer, a mini market, behind you, walking around 10 minutes to reach KSL sopping mall, and many good hotels, if you like shopping, can stay here the other side of the hotel got one big fish head steam boat , a lot of customers. I don't like steam boats, so I never try it is nice or no nice . Opposite the fish head steam shop, got one big food centre, price is ok, one bottle of beer cost Rm 18, food is so so, environment is fine, counter staff is friendly, bill boy Auman is helpful and friendly. The room is large, and only the bathtub below is leaking ,so the floor can be wet, not a suitable seniors guest. I stay during weekdays, I think the price is a bit high. Otherwise, it should be OK. Out of 5, i will rate 4, alot of room to improve.

The moment you step into the hotel, it has a nice fragrant and light smell like those 5 stars hotel. For $135, I booked a room for two with a single beds and two breakfast. The room is clean and have all the amenities needed including a microwave oven. The weighing machines do not have batteries. There is also a courtesy call to ask if everything is alright and I was given a late checkout.  The location is excellent, near the CIQ and mall. In addition, it has a shuttle to fetch you there at like one hour interval say 1230pm 130pm 230pm  It has a gym too. But I didn’t get to use it.  The breakfast is located on the 1st floor and has a good spread of food. It lasts till 10am and you can still take all your food and sat till 1030am. I wanted to get the salted butter and was informed that there isn’t any left.  The staff will also give you a call to ask if you would like to have an extension stay for another day too. Service is excellent and will come back to stay again.

cosy and very clean room with a fantastic hard slumberland bed. wifi works, toiletries provided. location is not the best but there are food just within 5mins walk from morning till late night. the only thing they should work on is the staff at the reception. while checking us in, the staff picked up a personal call and was speaking on top of his lungs. he looks like he’s been working for the last 24 hours. agitated, and unprofessional.

Room aircon not working. Assured change of room next day only but given evening only n Duty Mngr Ivan was extremely cold. We were given complimentary 2 days breakfast which was not satisfactory. Coffee machine was giving out Americano rather watery n we informed the staff tat n they didn’t take any action. We also realised this hotel automatically controls de aircon to higher temperature after 7pm each night leaving our room warm. Both nights were a disaster. Aircon vent is dusty as it aggravated my asthma. They charged us to upgrade to Kings room as only a king room and a double room can have interconnected rooms. This could be detailed in Trip.com we would have not booked this hotel. Feel ripped off after not getting a proper test nor sleep. If nothing is done to compensate my stay, I will put this up in social media.
