Great service . They are always friendly and helpful. Food is best I had in years if I compare another hotels . And bug bonus is that the kit hen also make food on demand . So if not on menu they do on request and it is worth to pay some extra money. Only downside is that trip.xom do not mention that beside the 30 peso terminal fee . And then on tge another side you need to pay 120 peso tourist tax . And as last 300 peso each person to go to the hotel. But for sure I will go back there

A wonderful place to stop. We had a cozy, spacious bungalow with a small terrace. The only thing missing was a refrigerator, but this did not affect the overall impression. We arrived around 2 am, they waited for us and checked us in, despite the fact that check-in was until 10:30 pm. Well-groomed territory, stunning garden of plants. The hotel has a spa and good massage. Convenient location - a little away from the bustle, has its own beach. There are hotels nearby without a beach with a paved promenade. We took diving elsewhere, since everything was booked at the hotel. We had a room without breakfast. You can take it and pay on the spot. We had breakfast in different places, all within a 5-minute walking distance. In search of dinner, we went to several places, and in the end it turned out that this hotel had the most delicious food. Special thanks to the cook!

The hotel is located behind the Town Square and in front of the beach. You can walk to the Canopy Walk tourist spot to see the beautiful Island from the top hop on a tricycle or rent a motorbike outside the resort to explore the island. There was a good selection for breakfast and it was slightly different every day. We had a deluxe room with a terrace and pool access. ( see my photos below) The staff was welcoming and friendly. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place.

Located just north of the main town and boat departure beach. Complimentary 24-hour tuktuk service, but walking only takes 15 minutes or so. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was nice and A/C worked well. Bed and pillows were a little firm, but reasonably comfortable. Included breakfast is good. Resort is divided into 3 parts. Cadlao 1, 2, and 3. 1 is at the entrance, 2 is next, and 3 is the farthest away (but still only a few minutes walk). 3 is also the most secluded, which might make it a little quieter. J Benito tour agency is directly across from the entrance, if you want to schedule tours.

I absolutely adored my time at Charlie's. The staff were incredible, the pool area very pretty and well-kept, and the food fantastic. I loved the eco-friendly resources including the ability to refill the glass water bottles. And the massage I had there, was sensational. I'm trained in massage, as are many of my close friends, so I feel truly able to say - it was out of this world. 1.5 hours of pure bliss. Whilst Charlie's is away from the town, this makes it perfect for switching off and just fully enjoying it all. The shuttle to Lio beach and town also made everything so easy. I cannot wait to stay again!

Casalay Resort truly felt like a home away from home. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the amazing staff who made us feel like family. Everyone was incredibly kind, thoughtful, and genuinely caring — we especially loved catching up with them after our daily activities. It’s those small, personal touches that made our stay so special and unforgettable. The resort itself is a peaceful and beautiful escape — the villas are charming and surrounded by nature. Breakfast was always delicious and filling, the perfect way to start each day. We do have a few small suggestions that might make future stays even better: 1. Blackout curtains on the villa verandas for those who like to sleep in. 2. Clothing hooks in the shower or changing rooms would be super convenient. 3. It would be great to have an option for two queen beds in rooms, especially for friends traveling together. 4. And if all villas are fully booked, we think it would be such a lovely idea for the resort to organize a long dinner or a small evening activity for all guests to connect and enjoy the evening together under the stars. Overall, we had an amazing experience and are already looking forward to coming back. Thank you again to the entire Casalay team for making our stay so warm, relaxing, and memorable. Our stay at Badladz Beach and dive resort was amazing. From the moment we arrived till our departure. We stayed there for 5 wonderful days. We had initially booked a room and when we got there decided to upgrade to a fully furnished condo. Which was excellent choice, the staff was really helpful and assisted us with all our requests. The cleanliness of the resort and rooms was satisfactory, the food was well prepared and delicious Kudos to the Chef, we did eat outside however i personally did not find the food a enjoyable as at the resort. They gave us great tips about where to go for activities such as Jet Ski, parasailing and snorkeling. People on the island are friendly and helpful. The tricycle rides are 50 pesos, they have fix rates for rides and activities at Minolo Port. One of the things i liked is the water was more clear and less dep at Badladz Resort compared to White Beach. For kids is better and more fun. We recommend this resort for friends, family and for hosting events, It is the right place to enjoy your stay while in Puerto Galera.

The hotel is located halfway up the mountain. Every time I go back to get something, I have to climb up a lot of hills and stairs. It's a kind of exercise! But the scenery above is good, and you can see the fireworks on the beach without any cover during New Year's Eve! The service staff are very friendly and will proactively ask you about your needs. The meals are also pretty good! However, although it has been repainted, the facilities are still a bit old...
