Valentina ObispoThe room was fine and the food was average. What disappointed us was how the hotel handled our early departure. We had to cut our stay short because the road between Peshawar and Islamabad was going to close—and it did—so we couldn’t stay for the second night. We requested a refund for the unused night, explaining that these circumstances were beyond our control, but their response was unsatisfactory. We would have appreciated more understanding and flexibility.

One of the best stays I’ve had so far. The location was beautiful, the staff were exceptionally hospitable, and the facilities and food were excellent. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely love to visit again. Highly recommended
