El desayuno fue de alta calidad, con una amplia variedad de opciones para todos los gustos, servido en un salón precioso con grandes cristaleras y unas vistas espectaculares a las montañas.
La habitación estaba perfectamente equipada, limpia y muy cómoda, cumpliendo con todas nuestras expectativas. El spa fue, sin duda, uno de los puntos fuertes de nuestra estancia: las piscinas interiores y exteriores de aguas termales ofrecen una experiencia relajante única. Sin duda, un lugar para repetir.

GGuest UserIm afraid to write all this because this place because when we want to go back here, it will get too busy. We travelled with a baby and the hotel provided a high chair and crib which made a huge difference for us. They even upgraded our room. The staff is very responsive and would respond to my queries prior to arriving. They would help me with any questions at the front desk. Bernardo, Joal, and Claudio were excellent help. They had great recommendations for tourist things to do that met the needs of our family. The hotel and apartment were immaculately clean and staff were so friendly and thorough. We enjoyed the continental breakfast everyday. Some people complained in previous reviews its the same items each day but we found there was a new item each day. I also appreciated the consistency because I knew what to eat the next morning. The woman who does the breakfast has a wonderful spread. The fruit, coffee, eggs and everything were fantastic.

JJAVIER OBESSOThe hotel is in the centre of Horta, you walk down a street and you are in the port. It is old but everything is very clean and has spectacular views. The breakfast is simple but very tasty. Bring a swimsuit and a cap as there are free indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a sauna, a jacuzzi and a gym. The staff help you as much as they can and speak a lot of Spanish. There is free parking nearby.

GGuest UserAmazing place! All the services were great! Easy to park the car! Good view of the balcony! After a tired in a whole day, I can relaxed side of the swimming pool, even raining on that day, I can swim in the indoor swimming pool! However, the outside swimming pool have to been improve, when I walked down to the swimming, even though I hold the handle to walk down, I slide down, got pain.

LLucia LiveA great resort on the North Coast of Azores. The trail along the coast from the hotel is very nice. There are a few restaurants around and the hotel has good breakfast and a restaurant on site opening for lunch and dinner. Good for family, the hotel staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They can help you book tours and call taxis.

HHao.pengThe hotel has great facilities, especially the indoor swimming pool which is a huge bonus for children. From the hotel, it's about 10 minutes walk to the town centre where you can find many restaurants. The room furniture is slightly out of date but the hotel offers great breakfast, I have to say the coffee machine is the best.

NNancy TomberlinWell worth the drive as this place is amazing. The view, amenities and service are beyond my expectations. Everything they offer was great except internet. Beds were comfy, hot shower and bathroom amenities, pool, Juccuzi, steam room and breakfast no complaints. Even the price is reasonable for what you get.

KKaterynaOverall the hotel is good, great location to get to all the attractions. Plenty of parking, indoor and outdoor pool.
Breakfast was limited, nothing new to eat during the week.
In the room: limited number of sockets, inconvenient location, some of them are not working.
Room cleaning: the room was cleaned once during the week, which is very strange, there is an option to receive vouchers instead of cleaning, which we were not interested in, since without a voucher, the staff had to clean the room, which was not done. Only after a direct appeal at the reception and a personal request the next day we finally received new towels and a cleaned room.

There was a large selection for breakfast, an interesting system for ordering an additional breakfast.
Very good gym, we were there every evening.
The presence of a sauna is also a great solution to relax after daily hikes in the mountains.
We were pleased with the availability of parking spaces near the hotel.
There was some kind of system error when checking out, I hope the staff solved it. Since we were in a hurry to the airport and could not wait for their information to be updated, we simply gave the keys to the room.
