Wonderful hotel. Even though the facade is currently undergoing renovation, we were given an upgraded room on the 6th floor (the facade is covered up to the 5th floor) with a view of the main street. Our room had both a shower and a bathtub, which was very convenient. There was even bath salts provided. All toiletries, including toothbrushes, were available. Hairdryer, bathrobes, slippers, a safe, and a refrigerator were also in the room. Breakfasts were à la carte with 3 options, very filling. Good coffee, pastries, and fruit. Housekeeping daily. They even gave us a complimentary bottle of champagne for our wedding anniversary. The hotel's location is ideal. I would definitely be happy to stay here again.

The large, floor-to-ceiling windows offer a stunning view of the quietly flowing Neva River, with the Aurora cruiser nearby and the Winter Palace and St. Isaac's Cathedral in the distance. Bathed in the evening glow, it felt like a glimpse into the glory of 18th-century Tsarist Russia.

Easy 10/10. Perfect location, impeccably maintained property — worth a visit on its own. Outstanding room quality, attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine friendliness. Spot on. A small story: I handed in my shoes for shining on the evening of our arrival, as I needed them for a ballet performance at the Mariinsky Theater the next day. Somehow, the hotel misplaced the shoes, and I had to leave for the performance in my sneakers. Natalia from the concierge desk tracked them down, drove to the theater, texted me the moment the first intermission started, and was waiting outside with my polished shoes and a shoehorn — then even returned my sneakers to the room. Truly impressive and completely unexpected! It almost makes you forget the minibar price list (though I still enjoyed the $15 pack of gummy bears). Tipp: try the insta breakfast in the room - another 10/10!

Oh, how I liked this apart hotel, there was a small transit transplant through St. Petersburg on the way home. Therefore, I was looking for a hotel close to the airport. At first they wanted to settle in the hotel more simple, but then decided at least 12 hours, but let them be accepted. When checking in, the slagbaum is worth the slugbaum and the taxi driver was afraid to go to the territory, thinking that when leaving it they will take 300 rubles. Don't be afraid to go quietly, the fees for it will not be, for the guests of this hotel free The registration was quickly passed and we were settled on 22 floors, the gods look chic, in the morning sunrise found, in the evening sunset and all day was the sun in the room. Everywhere perfectly clean and in the room and on the floors. The room is quite spacious, large dress lockers, slab shelves on the wall for small things. Food cooking dishes, there is a stove, a teapot, microwave. There are shops nearby with ready food and cooking products. The only thing if the windows go south as we had, it will be noisy from the road, but in the summer it is possible to keep the window closed and turn on the air conditioner. The hotel is far from the center, but the taxi solves the issue. But close to the airport, 8 minutes in the way. When we left there was evening and in the lobby of the hotel the girl played on the piano and I enjoyed a stunningly beautiful music. And the girls were given at the hotel on the flower of the tulip, as it was March 8, it is incredibly pleasant that such attention to the guests. There is a swimming pool and spa in the hotel, but we didn't have time to visit them, but I think there is also everything fine Very light, modern, motor energy at the hotel, boldly live in it. It is possible even with pets.

The hotel is in a great location, 15 minutes walk from the Mariinsky Theater, very convenient to walk back after watching a show, and five minutes walk from St. Isaac's Cathedral The room is large, with a balcony and a beautiful night view. The room service is superb, with a welcome gift and chocolates for the turndown service, which are delicious The front desk and concierge speak English The breakfast is very rich It is a five-star hotel, my favorite hotel in St. Petersburg

Overall, not bad, but: 1. Soundproofing of the risers is terrible (we stayed in room 320). This means that at any time of the day or night you can hear your neighbors upstairs flushing the toilet and/or taking a shower. As for me, this is a flaw in the renovation (saving on soundproofing) 2. We didn't find out right away that the breakfast included scrambled eggs, and not from the staff at breakfast, but from another guest who ordered it and it was prepared for him. There is no information about this, it is not written anywhere. Otherwise, everything is fine, friendly staff, comfortable mattresses, new plumbing. But the above-mentioned shortcomings, especially the first one, are unlikely to prompt us to stay here again.

Останавливаюсь в этом отеле уже в третий раз. Прекрасная и красивая территория отеля, лес, сосны, где можно неспешно прогуляться с собакой ( на ресепшен даже выдают пакетики, но они у меня всегда с собой, чтобы убирать за собакой), чистые номера, белоснежное белье, тапочки, халаты, стандартный набор косметических принадлежностей, если что то забыли, можно попросить на ресепшен. Неплохие завтраки- теперь либо два блюда на выбор плюс напиток, либо мини шведский стол плюс одно горячее- как мне объяснили, в зависимости от загруженности отеля. Очень дружелюбный персонал, все здороваются и улыбаются. Хотелось бы поблагодарить сотрудника ресепшен Марину( надеюсь правильно запомнила имя) за высокий профессионализм и чуткость , большое вам спасибо)). На территории ресторан с хорошей кухней, можно заказать в номер по меню. Плюс конный клуб, ветклиника. Побольше бы таких мест, как Левада парк отель)). Спасибо!

The service was excellent; even though there's an elevator, the staff insisted on taking our luggage to the room. The hotel facilities were also very cozy and clean, and the breakfast was not only plentiful and delicious but also available until 12 PM. The location is superb too; the hotel is right on the Fontanka River, a tributary of the Neva River, and it's just a seven or eight-minute walk along the river to Nevsky Prospekt.

The pool is free until 4 PM, and the room was clean. -: When checking out at 12 PM, I took my belongings from my room on the 4th floor and brought them up to my friends' room on the 7th floor. Somehow (it's unclear how or where), I ended up missing a turtleneck and a top. They never made it to the 7th-floor room. I contacted the reception, and they said they didn't know anything about it, and the housekeeper claimed there was nothing left in my room. They didn't even let me go back into the room. It's a very strange situation; these aren't earrings that could be easily lost unnoticed. Overall, the hotel is good and I recommend it, even though I'm still left with a bad taste in my mouth.
