Ayrıca oda servisinden söylediğiniz bir soda yı bile oda hesabına yaşamayız, peşin almamız gerekiyor diyerek misafiri rencide edici davranışları var. Misafir bir sodanin parasını ödemeden kaçacak ya....

We stayed at Shelter Inn for one night. The location is convenient, with plenty of restaurants and cafés within walking distance. The receptionist was very friendly despite our late check-in, and the breakfast was good with a nice view.
Unfortunately, the room was outdated and in poor condition. It was extremely noisy at night, there was water dripping from the bathroom ceiling, the toilet wasn’t clean when we arrived, and we found hair in the bedsheets.
Overall, while the staff and location were good, the cleanliness and condition of the room were disappointing. We wouldn’t stay here again.

SupertutuThe service was excellent. Even though it's in a new district, getting around by taxi wasn't too bad; it took about 20 minutes to reach Ankara Castle and Anitkabir. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable; I slept wonderfully for three consecutive nights. The staff were genuinely warm and helpful, offering to carry luggage and proactively asking if I needed anything, and even brought some small treats. The facilities were very well-equipped, and the price was even a bit cheaper than what you'd find domestically, making it excellent value for money. If I ever come back to Ankara, I wouldn't hesitate to choose JW Marriott again.

Guest UserThe hotel amenities and staff were quite good. The breakfast was excellent, and the restaurant area was pleasant. I particularly liked the bed and especially the pillows. I do think the cleaning staff could be a bit more organized and meticulous. The hotel's location is very good. Overall, I had an enjoyable stay. I would consider staying at this hotel again on my next visit to Ankara.

Breakfast is okay, although not varied but it tastes well. Unfortunately had a room in -1 floor. This smells to smoke cigarettes, although it should be a smoke-free room. Air conditioning has not worked well or has not brought fresh air in. Location is very optimal to get into the center quickly.

The hotel has a very pleasant and comfortable environment, which made my stay relaxing from the beginning.
I would especially like to thank Ferhat, Omer, and the rest of the hotel staff for their incredible help and kindness.
When I first arrived at the hotel, I unfortunately realized that I had left my phone in a taxi. The staff immediately took action — they helped check the security cameras, contacted the taxi company, and eventually managed to get in touch with the driver. Throughout the whole process, they were extremely patient, warm-hearted, and supportive.
I was truly touched by their professionalism and genuine care. This experience made my stay much more reassuring, and I am deeply grateful for their help.

Guest UserFirst of all, there is no private parking garage. Parking is on the street in front and across from the hotel.
Breakfast was very basic and they were short staffed.
Room was good size, comfortable bed. Missing the sofa/chair. Missing iron and the ironing board. I had to request them which they brought to me but the iron was half broken. There were 2 small bottles of shampoo، 2 small bottles of conditioner and 2 small bottles of body wash and one very small bar of soap. There was a hair dryer, teapot, slippers and 2 free water bottles. The room was a non smoking room, but in the middle of the night I could smell heavy cigarette smoke.

Guest UserAmazing hotel, with amazing staff. You’ll get treated as if you are in a 5 star hotel. They have all sorts of services and amenities, including laundry and spa. But since you’re in turkey, I recommend you go to the Sultan Hamami Turkish Bath just across the road, for more excellent customer experience.

Aldino Hotel was an amazing experience, the staff was very friendly and kind especially Arda sir, he was a fantastic guy and he speaks English very well. He helped us with the check-in he showed us the room and everything was 10/10. The room smelled fresh and super clean every time that we walked in the room it had the same freshness and cleanliness. I recommend it a lot. The location is on top, everything was near us you don’t need to worry about anything. We had an amazing stay I strongly recommend. Thank you all !!
