We stayed at the Dalat Palace heritage hotel for 4nites end-August. The hotel is indeed a very lovely vintage accommodation. But the complimentary high tea was really bad; the food at the buffet was cold & hard; when we requested for camomile tea, we were told that they do not have it; when we asked for peppermint tea instead the service staff also said they do not have it too. I must say the service standard is not up to what is expected of a heritage hotel. When I asked for the dinner menu at the restaurant the service staff did not understand me & they referred me to another staff who was equally unclear. Finally a senior crew/manager came to attend to us. Nevertheless, the hotel is a lovely romantic place to stay in, put aside the food & service standards!!

I enjoyed the breakfast variety (especially if you like Asian breakfast) with a lot of hot dishes. Also the room was very clean and comfortable. Noise insulation from adjoining rooms and from the outside is a concern though.

It was a perfect vacation. This was a family trip with our 5-year-old child. There were fruit flies in the breakfast restaurant, and they were landing on the fruit. Some action needs to be taken, I think. Other than that, it was really, really good. Friendly staff, quick service, and the special room cleaning were excellent. We had a wonderful stay. I was debating between the Centara Mirage Hotel's waterpark for my child and the Anantara, which I wanted to visit, but there's no comparison. A vacation is always best spent wherever mom wants to go ^^

I had a wonderful stay at APEC Mandala Hotel. The facilities were excellent, the room was beautiful, and every aspect of the hotel exceeded my expectations. However, what truly made this stay unforgettable was my butler, Dương. I arrived at the hotel feeling very unwell, and from the moment I checked in, Dương went above and beyond to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. He anticipated my needs before I even had to ask and genuinely cared about how I was feeling. His kindness, warmth, and attentiveness were unlike anything I’ve experienced at a hotel before. Not only was he incredibly professional, but he was also so friendly and funny. We were constantly laughing together, and he made me feel completely at ease despite travelling alone in a country where I didn’t speak the language. He never made me feel isolated. instead, he made me feel looked after like family. When I needed to withdraw cash, Dương personally took me to the ATM. Then, when I realised I’d need more than I’d originally withdrawn, he happily came back with me without hesitation. It was such a simple gesture, but it perfectly summed up his willingness to help with absolutely anything. The moment that really showed how exceptional he is was when he messaged to ask if I needed anything. I had fallen asleep and didn’t reply. Rather than assuming everything was fine, he actually came to my room to check on me because he was genuinely worried about my wellbeing. That level of care is incredibly rare and meant so much, especially when I wasn’t feeling my best. Dương didn’t just provide excellent service, he showed genuine compassion. His kindness, patience, and generosity transformed what could have been a difficult trip into one I’ll always remember for the right reasons. He is a true credit to APEC Mandala Hotel, and I sincerely hope the management recognises what an extraordinary employee they have. Thank you, Dương, for taking such wonderful care of me. You didn’t just make my stay better you made it unforgettable.

Far but we liked the chill vibes, there were just too many people in that place, making us unable to enjoy the facilities fully. but price is very reasonable and is good if there are objectives to travelling there.

My experience at this resort was absolutely terrible and completely ruined my recent trip to Da Lat. I had specifically booked a room with a garden or courtyard view, clearly stated on the website, but ended up with a room overlooking the gym. It was supposed to be a relaxing getaway, but I was constantly disturbed by the noise from people working out early in the morning, their laughter and chatter waking me up. Moreover, every time I opened the curtains, I'd catch the eyes of people at the gym looking into my room, which made me feel watched and completely lacked privacy. I ended up having to keep the curtains closed throughout my entire stay. The front desk staff told me at check-in that I was getting a complimentary room upgrade for a better experience, but honestly, this room was a huge downgrade. Is this what they call an upgrade? The hotel's promotional photos are glamorous, but they hide these undesirable aspects that only guests who actually stay there discover.

Beautiful resort with a stunning lake view and very peaceful surroundings. Perfect for couples who want to relax and unwind. The room and common areas were clean and well-maintained. Staff were friendly, polite, and always helpful, which made the stay even more pleasant. Loved the quiet atmosphere and nature vibes. A great place to slow down and enjoy quality time together. ❤️

A truly five-star experience! The room was clean and tidy, and the sea view matched the pictures perfectly. The staff were enthusiastic and professional; both check-in and check-out were smooth. The breakfast was rich and delicious, and the environment was quiet and comfortable. Great value for money, I would definitely choose this place again next time I visit. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This hotel is very nice. The style is very holiday-like. The view is good. Breakfast is not a buffet. You can order a staple food and drinks. I live in a view room and the surrounding area is very convenient. There are seafood places along the road.

The laundry service is good and reasonably priced. Great views and close to the beach, with multiple swimming pools. It's a short 10-minute drive to the nearby surf spot, or you can rent a motorbike to get around. We booked a direct pool access room, but couldn't use it for the first two days due to rain. On the third day, when we wanted to swim, it was under maintenance. Some staff members provide excellent service, while others are just average. Simple English communication is sufficient. Limited entertainment facilities, and they come with extra charges. There are few dining options, and outside food or delivery is not allowed. There are no supermarkets nearby, so you're limited to the hotel's minimart. The hotel grounds are very large, so you need to book a buggy in advance to get around. The water park slides are not very clean, and there are only a few small ones.
