    "Walking into the ancient town of Shangqing, it is like going to the ancient street, there is a taste of ancient quail.     Highlights: The ancient town of Shangqing has a history dating back more than a thousand years. The town is located inside the Longhushan Scenic Area. There are many places of interest inside the ancient town, including Changqingfang, Liuhou Family Temple, Tianshifu, Liuhoudi, Tianyuan Dejizhan and a Catholic church. The buildings sitting on stilts out over the river and the boats that float along the river give the town the style of a Jiangnan water town. On the east side of the town, visitors will find the Shangqing and Dongyue Palaces. On the other side of the Tunxi River, there is the hometown of Xia Yan—a prime minister during the Ming Dynasty—as well as the Guizhou Village and other sites from 11th Route Army and the Central Red Army.
