The village committee is located in Daxi. 9 streams in the territory merge into Daxi, the village is named after the stream. The Qing Dynasty belonged to Fuyu Township, Xiaofeng County. Nanyu Township in 1949, Daxi Township in spring 1950. Daxi High-level Agricultural and Forestry Production Cooperative was established in 1957. When Xiaofeng County was merged into Anji County in November 1958, it was the Daxi Production Team of Qingshan People's Commune. In 1961, it was the Daxi Production Team of Shanhe People's Commune. In 1984, it was renamed Daxi Village, which belongs to Shanhe Township. In 1992, it was Tianhuangping Town.

大溪村位于安吉县南部，与临安县交界。面积31.4平方公里。辖大溪、香炉山、桂家、曹家土户、张家、桃树坞、外长龙山、上培、龙池塘、大荷山、里长龙山、市岭、横坑坞等13个自然村。村委会驻地大溪。 境内9条小溪汇成大溪，村以溪命名。清代属孝丰县浮玉乡。1949年属南屿乡，1950年春属大溪乡。1957年建立大溪高级农林生产合作社；1958年11月孝丰县并入安吉县时，为青山人民公社大溪生产队。1961年为山河人民公社大溪生产大队；1984年改称大溪村，属山河乡。1992年属天荒坪镇。
