It is the tomb of Masumi Sugae who left a travelogue in the Tohoku region and southern Hokkaido from the 18th to 19th centuries. From the direction of Koshio Shrine, follow the old Ushu Kaido, pass the Kara Bridge, and you will find the entrance to the graveyard on your right, and you will find it in the graveyard after climbing the stairs. If you have interest and knowledge, I think it is well worth a visit.
