Josephine Falls

so beautiful! short detour from the A1 south of Cairns. park in car park and then a 10 minute walk to the falls. toilets available in car park and picnic tables.

Walk along a asphalt road through the rainforest to the waterfall. Once in the waterfall area, there are many small pools that can soak in the icy water, a big pool that can swim in one day is a water slide. The best pool is in far north Queensland. The parking lot is near a beautiful meadow with a special barbecue area and amenities.

Josephine Falls really beautiful! There will be 2 to 3 watchmen to ensure safety when walking to the top of 700 meters, and there are swimming spots on the road. My favorite pool is halfway there, with huge flat rocks that can slide down. There were many rooms when we went, not many people. There are also some rope swings to swing. We had lunch in the picnic area, the venue was well managed and there was a bathroom.
