A sign explaning the gun placement and the buildings that may have housed the shells in the war effort etc would be useful to the younger generations.
Green Lighthouse
A replica of North Mole lighthouse except painted green and dates to 1903. Some solid remains of WW11 gun emplacements/defences also remain on site.
Great for a visit
This used to be an old fishing jaunt for me when I was young. We would catch the Freo train with our fishing gear and spent countless hours here. This time it was for a drive and visit and fond memo...
Green For Starboard
The small green lighthouse sits out on the point at the entrance to the Swan River.The other side has a red one (Port). Interesting small signal for boats coming in and out.

Unable to enter this small Lighthouse but there is parking right out the front. You can also see North Mole from here but it's only about a 15 minute drive from here to see it up close. Just a point...
