Book a tour to the Cliffs or Aran islands… Galway is pretty much a lot of restaurants and hotels with not much history to see! The Galway city museum is nice.
This street was very busy with foot traffic. An already narrow street has been made narrower with the pubs having outdoor seating, which they should have. The Galway Girl statue can be found at #22.

Colourful and interesting
This area of the city has a really nice, vibrant and friendly feel. There are lots of places to pop into and visit. Definitely worth a gander.
Touristy town to use as a base for tours.

Lots of Pubs, Restaurants, and One Statue

Cute
Right in the middle of town. Allocate ten minutes or two hours depending on how much shopping you want to do and beers you want to have.
