Ji'an Tomb Group

The cultural site of Koguryo Wangcheng is located in Ji'an City, Jilin Province, including the domestic city, Marudu Mountain City, Wang Mausoleum (14) and the nobles' tombs (26). Domestic city, Marudushan City (first name Weinayan City) is the capital of Koguryo early and middle (AD 1-5 century), characterized by the mutual dependence of Plain City and Mountain City as the capital. Located in Ji'an City, Koguryo is the relics of the Koguryo dynasty. On the plains around Ji'an City, more than 10,000 ancient tombs from the Goguryeo era are distributed, which is known at home and abroad as the "Donggou Ancient Tombs".

It is a relics of the slave country's Gaoguli dynasty, mainly including Wunvshan City, the domestic city, Marudushan City, 12 king's tombs, 26 nobles' tombs, Haotai Wangbei and General Tomb No. 1. As a capital city and burial built in the early history, it reflects the influence of the Han people on other national cultures and the unique style of mural art, showing the perfect combination of human creation and nature. On July 1, 2004, the tomb of the king and nobles of the king's tomb of the king of Koguryo was included in the World Heritage List.
