Dali and Water!
Easy walk over from Cadaques to explore Dali's house (worth the cost of admission) AND have adventures out on the water! Knowledgable and helpful staff for renting kayaks. Excellent food options right...
There's plenty of parking although nothing in the shade - beware visitors with dogs. The day we visited there was a green alga right round the edge of water, I didn't fancy snorkelling with it.

there's no sanctuary perfect, only the place you imagine and inspires you, for me this is one of the best...and for Dalí was perfect

The island is a wonderful enclave, due to the wonderful landscape from Cadaqués to the same Cabo de Creus.
