Opposite Flagler School, this building is intriguing. The exhibits inside are more brilliant. It is helpful to get a deeper understanding of American history. Especially the children.

Didn’t get a chance to go inside but was pretty amazed by the architecture ! st. Augustine is beautiful.

[Minor Art Museum Dreaming Back to the Victorian Age] Lightner Museum (Lerner Museum) is our second stop at St. Augustine, its predecessor is also a resort hotel (Alcazar Hotel), just opposite the Flegler University mentioned in the previous article, no need to guess, this is also Uncle Henry. The hotel was closed in 1932 and purchased by Chicago publisher Otto Lightner in 1947 for the placement of his private collection, which was later handed over to City Management and opened to the public in 1948. The whole building is very beautiful, and it is also the architectural style of the Spanish Renaissance. As soon as you enter, there are large palm trees, ponds and fountains. The environment is particularly beautiful. The first floor is a collection of Victorian products. From food, clothing, housing and transportation to natural sciences, there are vivid records. Also included is a dinosaur egg fossil unearthed from China! The second floor shows the carved glass works of the period, the crystal clear vases are shiny, the colored utensils are romantic and exquisite, each piece is full of craftsmen's heart, amazing. On the other side there are Turkish baths and steam rooms. The most interesting thing is that the hotel had the largest indoor swimming pool in the world at the time and held competitions, and now the pool has become a restaurant, even if the original appearance is not there, you can still feel the spectacular scene.
