市区内免费的运动场地，挺宽敞的，有跑道，健身器材，篮球场，乒乓球台，挺全的，早上健身的人超级多，大爷大妈运动的很起劲儿，还有儿童游客区。在附近的可以来活动活动，对身体有好处。跑道早上10:00之前对外开放，以后就关了，想去跑步的可要请早了。

五一公园也叫工人文化宫，是一处休闲的街心公园，有许多市民在园内健身、娱乐。白天可见到不少可爱的宝宝被家人推着在园内游玩，晚上许多中老年人在此跳广场舞。
