Don’t go out of your way

Don’t go out of your way to visit the Roman Gate, it is on a roundabout and is fairly busy with traffic. There is also not that much to see.

The gate into Florence from a road that leads into Rome. Interesting for its historical significance and hard to miss, otherwise, not very memorable.

This old Roman gate is at the southern entrance to Boboli Gardens. It is quite a busy roundabout. There are bus connections here that can quickly take you towards the old town or Michelangelo Plaza.
