If you don't have the chance or dare to experience the pure natural yogurt made by the Tibetans (really super sour, sour to your facial features), then the yak yogurt workshop next to the Potala Palace is a good choice, a slightly improved yogurt It not only retains the taste of pure Tibetan yoghurt, but also makes many tourists not too difficult to accept. The Yak Yogurt Square is next to the parking lot on the west side of the Potala Palace. The door is not too small. It is full of Tibetan-style black curtains filled with all kinds of early adopters, but most of them are tourists like us. There are about 7 or 8 tables in the store, and you can take 25-30 guests. We ordered a bowl of honey yoghurt, a bowl of raisin yoghurt, and a fruit yoghurt. The price difference is not too much, it is about 10-15 pieces. The yogurt is thicker, the particles are fine, the entrance is sour, and there is a little "small taste". So although the raisins and the fruits look good, the taste is most acceptable to the mainland tourists. It is honey yoghurt and sour. Sweet, very tasty.
