The calamus river, also known as the Waijin River, is named for the calamus growing in the river. The calamus river system is the eastern section of the Jinshui River in the imperial city of Ming and Qing Dynasty (the section east of the left gate of Chang'an in the Qing Dynasty is called the calamus river), which is a part of the imperial city water system. It's not a famous scenic spot. There aren't many tourists here.
