The National Library is located at 33 South Street, Zhongguancun, Beijing, adjacent to Zizhuyuan Park, Zoo and Stone Carving Art Museum. Take Metro Line 4/9 National Library Station and get off at Exit A. There are also many bus lines at the entrance. The National Library is the National General Library, the National Bibliographic Center and the National Ancient Books Protection Center. It closes on Monday and opens free of charge from Tuesday to Sunday. It is open from 9:00 to 17:00 hours. It is strictly forbidden to carry food at the entrance. There are drinking places in the library and free depository outside the library. The National Library has four collections, namely Yongle Dadian, Sikuquanshu, Dunhuang Remaining Books and Zhaocheng Gold Collection, which are exhibited periodically. The National Museum of Classics has two free lectures at 10:00 a.m. and 14:00 p.m. At 10:00 a.m. in this stage, we will talk about the exploration of ancient Chinese literature and Oracle Bone Inscriptions from the Book of Songs to the Dream of Red Mansions. At 14:00 p.m., we will talk about the Yongle Canon and the history of the Party. When I visited, I saw many citizens go to borrow books. The library is quiet, tidy, broad and solemn. It is a good place with history and connotation.
