Temple of the Five Immortals (Wuxian Guan) Review

It takes about 20 minutes to walk from Haizhu Square to the Yuexiu District Museum. Next to the Wuxianguan is the Nanyue Xianxian Hall, two collectively called the Yuexiu District Museum. A bunch of aunts in the square in front of the door are singing and dancing, so unhappy. I went to the Xianxian Hall first, there were few people, the air conditioning was sufficient, and it felt good to go shopping. The five immortal view is open-air, there are many neighborhoods with children to play, uncle and aunt are enjoying the cool.

A forgotten historical and cultural attraction, the Five Immortals is known as the first floor of Guangzhou, it is still worth visiting. The Five Immortals Temple is located on Huifu West Road, Guangzhou City. It was built in Minghongwu ten years (1377). It is a valley temple that sacrifices the five immortals. The view sits north and south, and the big scorpion on the door has the four words "Five Immortals Grand View" of the Qing people's books. The five Immortals Temple built on the mountain has the head gate, the back hall, Dongzhai and Xizhai. Its green glazed tiles are heavy on the top of the mountain, and the wooden structure is very well preserved and exquisite. There are exposed red sandstone layers on the east side of the back hall, with huge footprints and holes. The ancients always thought that this was the "fairy footprint" and it was preserved. In the Ming and Qing dynasties, the "Suishi Cave" and "Wuxianxia Cave" were listed in the ranks of "Yangcheng Eight Views".

The Five Immortals View is a Taoist View on Huifu Road. After its expansion in recent years, it has become more and more famous. Five Immortals view here as the old eight sceneries of Yangcheng, has a certain historical and cultural. Legend has it that five immortals once passed by, leaving footprints here, bringing prosperity to the vicinity. Now it is free to visit. There is a fairly large square open space in front of Wuxianguan, but it feels that there are not many visitors. It is quite quiet inside. On the contrary, the old people nearby like to come to the square for sports, dolls and so on. Sometimes they also set up a stage for recreational activities.
