during the tourist season there are faaaar too many people on this beach. Everyone literally sits on top of you. Its a very small strip of actuall sand, the rest is concrete. The water is beautiful though and they have a blowup thing that tou can swim to and jump off
Very clean. You do need to pay to rent a chair, so we bought a large round towel for 2 people on the boardwalk for $10 and used it. You can push 200-300 yards into the sea, and then clear the sea to the depth. Small food and bar restaurant, directly on the beach, but the restaurant on the left is nice (not far from a walk), and there are outdoor showers to wash away the sand on your feet. We spend about an hour every day.
Split’s seaside is really beautiful. There are a number of giant cruise ships parked on the sea during the day, and at night it turns into stars on the ocean to light up. It’s just nice to have a cocktail against the sea breeze.
The sand on the beach is black. It’s good to slow down during the trip, and it’s good to set aside half a day to play with the kids in the sea.
Whenever I arrive at a scenic spot, I don’t forget to see the sea and beach there. Firstly, playing in the water is the greatest pleasure for children, and secondly, older friends can slow down, face the sea and think quietly. Every journey means a new beginning, this is perfect
