The Luowa Wharf belongs to the Sichuan part, and the Luowa Peninsula, where the wharf belongs, is a very important dividing line. On this side of the peninsula is the famous Caohai Sea, and on the other side of the peninsula is the Bright Sea. The water without grass is called bright sea. Because of this, it is very special to see the scenery at this pier, with a world of green grass on one side and crystal clear lake water on the other. Luowa Pier is also a good place to watch the sunset in the west and the sunrise in the east.
