被称为通天大道的盘山公路共计99弯，似玉带环绕，弯弯紧连，层层叠起，依山籍壁，直冲云霄，“天下第一公路奇观”横空出世。通天大道态势险绝，荡气回肠，更以蜿蜒迂回穿行于山体绝壁之天险而“堪称天下第一公路奇观”。它全长10.77公里，从标志门直达天门洞脚下，海拔从200米急剧提升至1300米，共有九十九个弯。

It twists and turns up the mountain and is a path for those making a pilgrimage to pray for blessings from heaven. Full of 180-degree hairpin turns one after another, it is like a jade ribbon fluttering in the sky.
