We had a really great time! Very helpful and nice host and a really sweet place ☺️ Also, coffee and tea were always ready and there were toasts and bananas at all times. Especially the small dam make the place really feel well. Once we're back in Yogyakarta, we'll be back there.

Very Good
LLuigi MartoneNice hotel , room quite good , breakfast not for western travelers. The area (malioboro) is only for local, so nice to have a local experience but you won’t find any western tourist here . Good rooftop
BbasoribasoriI recently had the pleasure of staying at Ceria Hotel, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, attentive, and eager to ensure my comfort. Check-in was smooth and quick, and I was personally guided to my room.
The room itself was spotless, tastefully decorated, and equipped with all the modern amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the linens were fresh, and I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like complimentary bottled water and toiletries. The hotel restaurant was also a standout—excellent service and beautifully presented meals.
The location was perfect—central yet peaceful—with easy access to local attractions and transport.
Overall, my stay at Ceria Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. I felt valued and well cared for the entire time. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay. I’ll definitely be returning on my next visit!
AAnonymous UserNice pod concept, although the location is sort of creepy despite being right across a train station. The hostel is 100% safe thanks to the unique QR code an app system you have to use to open the main door and the pods, but the place itself is situated in a dilapidated building, with trash on the stairs. Right outside there's some street food vendors, but once again, they give you a creepy vive alongside all the people loitering there. FamilyMart and Lawson and a local convenience store are downstairs. The hostel itself is clean and the staff are nice, so much so I staid at their sister hotel in Jogjakarta, which is identical in every way. Good english. Breakfast is sort of mediocre but free (cereal with milk manually prepackaged on a cardboard box), but you can't purchase their frozen meals unless you have an Indonesian mobile app (no cash). Far from everything, but that's Jakarta for you, a city you should skip unless you have business to conduct.
GGuest UserThe hosts are very nice and helpful. They really try to make your stay pleasent and give you all the helpful tips. But I have to write - place is very run down. Room ia big, but empty. Thw bed is clearly old and very uncomfortable, also linen is stained (that we found to be a big peoblem in whole indonesia and unaccaptable). The garden is also very run down and has a big well that is source of huge amount of nosquitoes (we killed 8 on our first day in room). The who place is dusty and coffee cups were not washed properly, so we did not use them. Breakfast is choice Indonesian or western. We chose Indonesian, but it was very strong flaviours for breakfast, so just be aware, also a bit too oily. This is not fault of hosts of course but nearby is mosque and its noise wakes you up at 4 am. The room with private bathroom was quite pricy and frankly not worth it, maybe cheaper rooms makes sence.
MMixPlorerI just love everything about this hostel — the people in charge, the property itself and the location. I couldn’t really ask for more. I cannot express how genuinely happy I was to have met such friendly staff in this hostel. They were like family. They were so friendly, helpful and funny. They can speak basic/conversational English. This hostel is really clean. Towels and basic toiletries are also provided. I love that they have electronic lockers in each room and more storage cabinets in the bunkbeds. Everything you need is just a few minutes on foot. There are many street foods and restaurants right at the doorstep of the hostel. The hostel is also easy to find. They also have a laundry service for a small fee. If you are health or fitness conscious then you can take advantage of their calisthenics facilities on the rooftop overlooking the city of Yogyakarta.
DDjohan IkaThe room is of a good size with comfy bed & clean linens.
The food at the breakfast Cafe are superb and abundant with sweet fresh cut fruits like papaya, water melon & green melon, served with their healthy local drink called the Asem Kunyit.
My special commendation is that the hotel staffs put a very great effort to return my Jacket which I accidentally left in the dresser in room 1204 last wednesday which I've just received this morniin'...
Thank you Guys, you all hv made my stay in Jogja a perfect one...
AAqueenaThe food is delicious, the place is also comfortable, although it looks small in the lobby, but it turns out that the hotel is very aesthetic.. I love it 😊
GGuest UserNature provides the ultimate luxury and Yukke Tembi delivers that luxurious serenity in its peaceful premises. The blissful scene outside the room is perfection. Tastefully designed rooms with traditional touches ensure guests' comfort and all needs are met.
Impeccable service and clean environment made this excellent value for money.
Communication was prompt via WA and all queries were answered.
It may be some distance from the bustling town (about 20mins via Gojek) but it's a lovely respite, fabulous place to recharge and rejuvenate.
Must stay for those who enjoy nature, natural elements. Would love to return for longer stay
