Nice hotel, big room, comfy bed and bathtub. Location is very convenient, direct access to subway, many buses around. MOKO shopping mall is literally at your doorstep. Without a doubt will stay here again during our next trip to HK.

Great hotel with well equipped rooms.
To get there is well pointed with signs as the elevators are bit confusing for first time guests.
Breakfast buffet good and all service was very friendly.
Pool area alls nice with security guards

I won't go into all the details, but the in-room water dispenser is an absolute lifesaver for parents with babies, offering water at a perfect 45°C – ideal for formula prep and making those middle-of-the-night feedings incredibly convenient. Special touches include a delicious complimentary cake for birthday month celebrations, and a bottle of champagne for honeymooners or anniversary guests. Register as a member and you'll even get a cute hotel teddy bear! The location is fantastic, surrounded by plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options, and it's just a stone's throw from Victoria Harbour. On top of all that, the rooms are wonderfully spacious.

Unfortunately, I always seem to get insect bites whenever I stay at this hotel, and this visit was no exception. The newer hotel tower offers genuinely beautiful and pleasant views. Check-out is half an hour earlier than standard. Citing their policy of not providing single-use plastic-packaged amenities, they don't offer a shower cap or toothbrush (though slippers are available). Bottled water also isn't provided and must be purchased. Overall, I'd say just try to enjoy your stay and don't pay too much attention to the staff's attitude. Given the value for money, it's still somewhat worthwhile!

I recently spent three nights at Dorsett Kai Tak during a quick business trip mixed with some sightseeing, and it exceeded my expectations for a brand-new property in this up-and-coming neighborhood. The hotel's location in Kai Tak is spot-on—right next to the future sports park (perfect for event-goers) and just a short, complimentary shuttle ride away from AIRSIDE mall, which has fantastic shopping and dining options. It's about 20 minutes from Central by MTR, making it easy to hop around the city without the Tsim Sha Tsui crowds.Check-in was seamless, with friendly staff (shoutout to Gladys at the front desk for her quick tips on local spots). My room was modern and spotless, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering stunning partial harbour views—woke up to the sunrise over Victoria Harbour every morning. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and amenities like the rain shower, Nespresso machine, and smart controls for lights/AC added that luxe touch without feeling over-the-top. Soundproofing was excellent; I didn't hear a peep from the hallway or nearby construction. The rooftop infinity pool is a highlight—serene with lounge chairs and those epic skyline views, though it was a bit chilly in October for a full swim. I loved the all-day restaurant Siete Ocho; the fusion Spanish-Sichuan dishes (try the spicy prawns) were flavorful and reasonably priced. The fitness center is compact but well-equipped, and the shuttle service ran like clockwork.A minor gripe: During peak event times nearby, traffic can snarl up the area, but the hotel's proactive updates via app helped. Overall, for the value (especially with the Genius discount), this is a fresh, vibrant spot that captures Kai Tak's rebirth as Hong Kong's cool new hub. I'd return in a heartbeat—highly recommend for modern comfort with a side of urban energy!

Excellent hotel for families, work or solo travellers! We stayed at Club room and all employees there were so welcoming and polite. During typhoon Ragasa they managed everything in such an orderly manner that, apart of noise from the wind, we didn’t feel any impact on the level of service at all.

Having enjoyed a fantastic stay at the Shangri-La Hotel in Shenzhen two days prior to my arrival in Hong Kong, I naturally gravitated towards a Shangri-La property, choosing the Kerry Hotel. The hotel boasts a grand lobby, and for enhanced security, access to guest floors requires a key card. The cleanliness throughout was also exceptional. I booked a double sea-view room, and its floor-to-ceiling windows offered direct, panoramic views of the entire Victoria Harbour. Just below the hotel is a beautiful waterfront promenade, perfect for a leisurely stroll to the Avenue of Stars and K11, both within a mere 2-kilometer walk. The lobby service was superb, completely shattering the stereotype of cold, impersonal service often associated with Hong Kong hotels. Restaurants are conveniently located just off the lobby corridor, with prices comparable to external establishments, not inflated. Unfortunately, I had only booked for one night and was unable to extend my stay as there were no rooms available. The next day, I moved to a nearby Bay Apartment Hotel, which simply couldn't compare to the Kerry. That hotel only changed its bedsheets every three days – absolutely disgusting! And its room rate was only HKD 300 less than the Kerry. Seriously, avoid that place!
Unbelievable stay here. Room was beautiful, comfy, spacious, facilities like the gym, infinity pool, breakfast buffet are all really great. Location to the town and boats to islands is great,
Can’t recommend more highly

Because my child loves the Harbour City and Star Ferry Pier area, we've stayed at one of the three Marco Polo properties every year. My favorite is Marco Polo Hong Kong – it's classic yet comfortable, and its lounge is better than the Gateway's. Last summer, during our stay, I experienced unprofessional and discriminatory treatment from the front desk staff and was given a low-floor sea view room facing a car park. Consequently, I left an honest negative review on Ctrip. This year upon check-in, it truly felt like the hotel had taken the Ctrip feedback to heart. They must have given specific instructions to both the front desk and lounge staff, as we felt exceptionally well looked after overall. The two gentlemen in the lounge, in particular, were incredibly kind, sincere, and attentive. The gentleman from the concierge who escorted us to the executive floor, who I believe is the head of concierge, was also very dedicated and conscientious. Just before taking us upstairs, he even saw an elderly person at the main entrance needing help and immediately directed staff to assist. Overall, I noticed the hotel has implemented some cost-saving measures; for instance, the executive floor toiletries are no longer single-use. However, I fully support and embrace all eco-friendly and waste-reducing initiatives. While the food range in the lounge has been slightly reduced, the quality remains consistently high. There also seem to have been some significant staff changes; the previous expatriate manager in the lounge is no longer present, and the front desk staff are much more approachable, not exhibiting the aloofness sometimes perceived from local staff before. Every single staff member, from top to bottom, now seems very down-to-earth, diligent, and dedicated – which is excellent. With such effective management, I wish them continued prosperity in Hong Kong's highly competitive hotel industry.

The design of Langham Hotel Hong Kong gives a sense of pride, beauty and simple elegance luxurious. The hotel is located in a location where it is easy to find food and there are many shopping areas. Breakfast has a wide variety of delicious food to choose from. If I come to Hong Kong, I will definitely choose to stay here again.

HHellokittyCatLocation: Although it's a Disney hotel, it's still quite a distance from the park entrance. You need to take a free shuttle bus, which runs approximately every 15 minutes. Getting to the park is fine, but coming back after the fireworks show often means a very long wait for the bus, and walking isn't really an option. There are no supermarkets around the hotel or the park, and dining at the hotel is exorbitantly priced. I strongly recommend stocking up on essentials at the airport or in the city before heading to the hotel. A taxi from the airport to the hotel cost 200 HKD.
Facilities & Hygiene: The hotel's environment, facilities, and cleanliness were all excellent. There was no bottled water, but a water dispenser was provided. The bed was very large and comfortable. The hotel also has a Disney store, and guests receive discount coupons, which might make prices slightly cheaper than in the park.
Service: The hotel does not provide complimentary toiletries. Having to pay 40 HKD for them during check-in felt a bit unreasonable.
GGuest UserThe hotel is very clean, the rooms are spacious, and the bed sheets and bedding are extremely tidy. The pillows and mattress are very comfortable, and the large rain shower gives a spa-like experience with its water flow. The buffet breakfast offers a wide variety of food choices. It’s one of the top three best hotels I’ve stayed in over the past two years!
GGuest UserThe hotel is adjacent to the airport and you can go from the hotel to the airport by just walking down a hallway. Its very convenient for an early morning flight. The buffet restaurant located adjacent to the hotel was very nice and had a discount for hotel guests. I would definitely go back.

GGuest UserThis hotel was everything. The room was beautiful, view was magnificent, hospitality top tier and the shuttl complementary was very convenient. I wanted to extend my stay by four days but one of the dates in the middle wasn’t available. Very sad. Every other hotel I went to after this was a downgrade. I’d recommend it 10/10!
港港灿Thank you for so thoughtfully selecting the perfect room for me—it was exceptionally spacious and well-appointed, with a cleverly designed entrance featuring a wardrobe that served as both a practical storage solution and an elegant screen. This thoughtful touch truly deserves praise!
Additionally, the sofa in the room provided a comfortable and inviting space for hosting friends during short gatherings, making my stay even more enjoyable. I truly appreciate the贴心 and dedicated service extended to me throughout my visit.
Furthermore, I would like to commend your commitment to sustainability. The gesture of providing a credit as part of your environmental initiative enhanced my overall experience and allowed me to further enjoy the hotel’s offerings during my trip.
GGuest UserThis is a family friendly hotel contains a lot of facilities for kids (indoor playground/ swimming pool/ ceramics class etc). We booked a sea view room which is so worth it. The room size is pretty big . We have requested an extra bed and the room is able to fit in. There are restaurants, coffee shops and supermarkets just within 5-10 mins walk from the hotel. The beaches are just next to the hotel. In terms of transportation, bus stops are very close as well and they have shuttle bus to Kowloon. The hotel is not close to the MTR and so the area is peaceful and quiet. Will definitely come back again.
TTim NazarovHad a couple days stay at these apartments. A few thing that I may say for those looking to know wether it is worth it or not
1. Location - is great, a few minutes walk to the Tsim Sha Tsui metro stations, ferry, 24 hour 7-eleven etc.
2. Room with a balcony is a must have - you’re basically paying for you personal spot with a harbor view which is fantastic
3. Rooms have everything you need and are spacious. We had a washing and drying machine, fridge, stove. Nothing to add here
4. Rooms filling is great
5. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly from reception to the pool and restaurant. 5* service here
6. The connecting floor and restaurant area are just stunning. Feels like you’re walking inside someone luxury apartment - big chess for children, other table games, view spots to chill I front of the great view, various art installations. It’s a great place to be
What I can not understand is how in that wonderful place it can be such a mediocre kitchen. I’m not particularly picky on the food, conbini foods and Don Quijote fried chicken are fine for me, but that was something unexpected. I would highly suggest changing the kitchen to something more appropriate to the overall level of the apartment. Hong Kong has a billion fantastic kitchen options but that was around European 3* old hotel experience, unfortunately. It just didn’t taste anyhow, nothing. The buns were not fresh, the salad was not fresh, eggs were not done correctly, though deserts were fine.
Anyway, hope this helps somebody
GGuest UserThe front desk staff are very helpful and friendly indeed . They are very considerate. Once we arrived at the main door , the staff already came out to assist us to take the wheelchair from the back of taxi . This really impressed us .
The staff in the swimming pool is very helpful too .
The swimming pool is clean and water is good .
Wish and pray that they can continue to work even when the pool is closed for few months
On the whole , we have a pleasant stay and retreat .
