GGuest UserVery good hotel, but the staff attitude at the breakfast restaurant was disappointing. The girl who prepares the juice had a really bad attitude. I simply asked for a drink, and she seemed very unwilling to serve me. She even glared at me.
The hotel itself is of a very high standard, but this staff do not meet that standard! Her attitude was disappointing and not what I would expect from a hotel of this quality.

PPulishendinachuangwuerThis hotel offers great value for money. It's very close to Galaxy Macau, just across the road. The view from the window is also lovely. Getting a taxi right outside the hotel is super quick, and the metro is also nearby. For food, there's a good restaurant called Macao Restaurant just a few hundred meters away; their pork chop bun is especially delicious and it's very affordable. From the restaurant, Taipa Village (Rua do Cunha) is also very close, perfect for a stroll.

It's super convenient for getting things done, there are lots of food options nearby, and it's easy to get to the border crossing. Plus, the hotel offers shuttle service. Oh, and the egg tarts in the lobby are absolutely delicious!

VVicky.1002Every time I go to Macau, I stay here. It's considered pretty good value for money on Taipa Island. Getting around by taxi is quite convenient now, especially with Alipay for rides. There's a coffee shop downstairs, and their caramel apple coffee is quite good. The 'bing sutt' (traditional cafe) downstairs also has decent food and is open 24 hours, so you can grab a meal even after a late show.

GGuest UserThe room service was excellent, incredibly friendly and professional, far exceeding expectations. The 30+ strong delegation from the University of Brazil was extremely satisfied and said they would return here on future visits to Macau and recommend it to others. Every visit to Macau has been a 100% positive experience. Many thanks to the hotel team for their thoughtful and professional service. Especially the power outlets, which can accommodate various needs, are a big plus and very international.

GGuest UserI accidentally booked the wrong dates, but after some communication, they allowed me to change them. Although I had to wait a bit, the whole process went smoothly. The assistant lobby manager provided excellent service, helping me coordinate and handle the check-in from start to finish! The room was very spacious, with two separate rooms, which my kids absolutely loved.

AAnonymous UserThe environment is nice, although the room is a bit dated. Especially at night, you can clearly hear the sound of the waves 🌊. The trees 🌲 are very tall, blocking the sea view.
Service: The restaurant hours are from 12:00 to 22:00, with breakfast ending at 10:00. As you can see, the hotel restaurant has high ratings, starting with breakfast. The decor, as shown in the picture, is quite interesting.
Cleanliness: When it rains 🌧, water leaks into the room. Many fixtures are old, especially the very old aluminum alloy door and window partitions. The air conditioning works great, but it's actually very energy-intensive. There are some cleanliness issues to note, with mold spots all over the room.

Facilities: The room is small and irregularly shaped, but it has a balcony facing the sea.

GGuest UserI was in Macau for a quick one-day business trip and needed to take the Cotai Water Jet to Hong Kong. I saw they offered a free shuttle service, so I decided to stay here. Turns out, the shuttle schedule was way off from my ferry time, so I ended up taking a taxi anyway, haha! But it wasn't too expensive, so it was fine.
Facilities: You can tell the hotel is a bit older, but it's well-maintained. I asked for a room near the elevator, and to my surprise, it was right by the entrance. Very convenient! Luckily, the soundproofing was good, or it would've been noisy.
Environment: The hotel is located right on a street corner. The immediate surroundings are nothing special, but it's very convenient for walking, taking the bus, or getting a taxi. There are also some good cha chaan tengs nearby.
Service: Pretty good. Check-in requires a deposit, and they accept electronic payments, but I also had cash. They made sure to remind me to keep my receipt.

JJiesenmiThis hotel is, without exaggeration, my top choice for Macau, in every aspect! The breakfast sets offer both Chinese and Western options. It's just a 5-minute walk from the Ruins of St. Paul's, with all sorts of amazing food nearby. They offer complimentary non-alcoholic drinks at the rooftop bar. No power adapter is needed in the rooms. Every staff member provides excellent service! They even give you a complimentary bottle of red wine and other snacks – they truly don't skimp on anything.
