⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a very pleasant stay at Pousada Hotel in Macau. The location is convenient and the area is quiet, which makes it a nice place to relax after exploring the city. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful and welcoming. I also really enjoyed the traditional Portuguese-style atmosphere, which gives the hotel a unique charm compared with modern hotels in Macau. Overall, it was a great experience and good value for the price. I would definitely consider staying here again when visiting Macau.

The location is convenient, with easy access to many places, and it's close to the casino. The surrounding environment is pleasant, with plenty of good food options, and it's clean and hygienic. The location is a bit close to the East Asian Games Dome. A taxi from Macau Airport costs around 60 MOP. It's about a 13-15 minute walk from the Grand Lisboa Palace, but if you're not familiar with the area, be aware that there are slopes and you can't just cross the road anywhere. If you have a lot of luggage or small children, just take a taxi! Check-in was smooth. I was worried about the room card, so I didn't book through an agent. I really liked the highest room type! It has a 'hui' character layout with a three-part bathroom for privacy, and the sofa bed in the living room can be opened with bedding provided! They gave us a birthday cake upon check-in and plenty of bottled water. We also received skip-the-line tickets for the Wynn Palace gondola, a voucher for MaMi Egg Waffles, two 50 MOP Angel's Cafe vouchers, and a shopping mall discount booklet! You can get 20% off go-karting and souvenirs! Business was good, and they allowed a late checkout until 12 PM. Express checkout and free luggage storage were also available! Although there's no casino, there are shuttle buses to Wynn Palace, but airport buses are less frequent! Our room type included three breakfasts, but if yours doesn't, you can find a better deal on Dianping for group-buy breakfasts! The room was quiet and clean! Perfect for adult children traveling with their parents!

I got an upgraded sea view room. The room environment was good, relatively clean and hygienic. The only drawback was that the shower gel made my skin very dry and itchy after washing, and there was no body lotion provided in the bathroom. Even after applying my own body lotion, my skin still felt very dry. I suggest changing to another brand of shower gel and providing regular body lotion. Also, there were no cotton swabs for ear cleaning in the bathroom. The facilities were a bit lacking.

This hotel offers great value for money and its location is fantastic, making it easy to get anywhere. The lovely lady at the front desk was incredibly kind. Since I was traveling alone with my grandmother who uses a wheelchair, she saw my predicament and upgraded us to a family room so I could wheel the wheelchair into the bathroom. She was super nice! The window view was also amazing, with the Grand Lisboa visible to the left and the Macau Tower to the right. I also want to give a shout-out to a young man with glasses I occasionally encountered at the luggage storage. When traveling with my grandmother and her wheelchair, a nut must have fallen off somewhere, causing the entire seat to become lopsided. I walked for over ten minutes to find a hardware store and finally located a replacement nut, but they didn't have the tools, and I couldn't tighten it properly by hand. I found this young man, and he specifically went to the engineering department to get a wrench and helped me tighten it little by little. When I return, this hotel will definitely be my first choice again. Most of the staff here are super friendly ❤️

Overall, I enjoyed my stay, and the breakfast was decent. The hotel has a Portuguese style, but the decor is a bit outdated. Many people mentioned the worn-out towels, and indeed they were... we wondered if it was to prevent them from being stolen. A downside was the lack of disposable slippers; good thing we brought our own. Also, there's no Wi-Fi in the pool and restaurant areas. Housekeeping only comes if you request it; they didn't clean our room, but they did take out the trash and provide new tissues and toilet paper when asked. On the bright side: you can take the stairs through the pool area to reach the bus stop, and there's a great swimming pool. However, sometimes they bring in what seems like a kindergarten group, which can be noisy and make the pool area a bit chaotic. There were no critical downsides, and I would visit this hotel again. After a few days at the casino, I'd recommend this place for a relaxing break. The sea is within walking distance, not super clean, but good enough for a swim.

This hotel is truly unique, with a stylish, retro decor that's full of character. It feels vintage but not old, packed with thoughtful design elements. Simply beautiful. The location is also excellent, very close to major attractions like the Ruins of St. Paul's and Grand Lisboa. If you have time, I highly recommend strolling through this historic neighborhood. While the room isn't large, it has everything you need and more. The storage solutions are fantastic, making the space feel uncrowded – even a pleasant surprise.

Very good location, same floor of departure of Macau airport. If you arrive Macau airport, just take escalators upstairs and then across the road, take the lift to the 9th floor.You will see the reception. Room was nice and clean, you will get 4 bottles of drinking water, that’s pleinty. WiFi was good. There are TV and bathtubs. If you don’t mind about old hotel. This is other good choice.
