Guest UserMy stay at The Parisian Macao L'Occitane themed hotel was fantastic! The vintage Portuguese ambiance was captivating, and the public areas were exquisitely designed, perfect for photos at every turn. The room was clean, tidy, and spacious, with comfortable bedding and complete amenities. The hotel has an integrated shopping street and multiple restaurants, making it very convenient. It's only a few minutes by taxi to The Venetian Macao's Cotai Arena. The staff were polite and efficient during check-in. Its proximity to the Hengqin Port makes it super convenient for returning after a concert. The only minor drawback is that the shops in the mall close quite early. Overall, the value for money is excellent, and it's a great choice for catching a show in Macau. I'd definitely consider staying here again.

EugeneWeeSingaporeStayed 4 nights here. Simple and clean classic rooms. Beds and bathrooms are ok. Location is directly opposite the Galaxy via covered overhead bridge. Stay here if you prefer a quieter and peaceful place. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very simple, able to fill up my stomach. There are two convenience stores beside the hotel. Walking distance to Broadway Food Street.
I crossed over the bridge to Galaxy Diamond Lobby, took their free shuttle service to HZMB port to transfer to Hong Kong.

DerrickChong0613The hotel is within walking distance of the Macau Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal, which takes around 15–20 minutes even with luggage. There’s also a nearby public bus stop that provides convenient access to the Cotai area. The housekeeping staff were friendly as well.
Overall, the stay was good, although the design feels a bit old-school. The in-house casino has also ceased operations since November 2025.

The hotel located near the east asian games dome which is our destination during our Macau trip, and the hotel also just next to a shopping mall and near Grand Lisboa Palace Casino and also close with the Macau Airport. If you want to use the LRT you'll need to walk a little bit and the LRT will take you to other attraction places. There's also a lot of shuttle here to other destination you'll just check the schedule with the security or hotel staff. It's not difficult to find something to eat and there is convenience stores nearby open until midnight. The breakfast also nice with plenty of dishes served in the morning. The service is fast during check in, they opened several check in counter to accomodate us, the luggage storage and concierge serve us very well, their english also very good. The room is large and nice, with large bathroom, nice view from the window especially at night with the sparkling city view, there's vending machine in the alleys so we can purchase drinks and free ice machine.

Guest UserFolks, let me tell you, for being in the city center, this is a pretty charming, decent, almost retro hotel. The staff are very pleasant and always smiling. There are tons of shops and restaurants around. Exchange offices are just 2 minutes away. If you see a more or less reasonable price around 500, it's better to book the hotel in advance if you need it for several days or a week, as the price changes daily from 500 to 900 closer to the weekends. Reading reviews of other hotels in the area that are cheaper, there have been cases of personal belongings and money being stolen from rooms. In any case, always be careful. It's better to overpay a hundred or two dollars for a few days than to lose half your cash and deal with the police. I'm sure it's safe here. For those who need it, there's a bathtub where you can relax. Overall, it's good, I like it here!!!🫶🧘🏻♂️💁♂️🍀

Xing·zhe·wu·jiangThe hotel's location is excellent, directly opposite the Grand Lisboa and Wynn, and next to New Yaohan department store. There's a Venetian shuttle bus right in front, making it very close to various shopping and tourist attractions. This hotel has been recently renovated in the past few years, and the facilities are well-maintained. Breakfast generally meets expectations, and the lobby reception and service staff are very warm and attentive. Highly recommended.

Anonymous UserThe hotel is located on a slope, so getting up and down is very steep and would be quite difficult for anyone with mobility issues. The bus stop is close to the hotel, but again, the climb is challenging. The room was spacious, and I was pleased to find an iron and ironing board. The hotel has a cozy, Portuguese style. There's a small pool, which the kids enjoyed. Breakfast was modest, with coffee in a thermos, but you won't go hungry. We walked to the sea to swim but decided against going in. The water was very murky, and there were dead fish floating around. Only a couple of Chinese tourists were on the beach. Housekeeping was very poor; all the towels and bedding should be replaced. Everything was old and worn out, and the duvet covers were synthetic. There was mold in the bathroom. And the icing on the cake – a huge, 5cm cockroach ran in and scared the children.

The pillows, though advertised as coming in both hard and soft options (as shown in the picture), were too high. My 6-year-old completely abandoned their pillow in the middle of the night and just slept without one. When I asked, I was told there were no lower options available. The toothbrushes had a very unique texture. We were supposed to get a free cocktail for following their public account, but because of a typhoon, the rooftop bar was closed, so we didn't get it. The staff member said it was a complimentary offer, so if it wasn't available, it just wasn't available – they seemed quite inflexible when issues arose. Also, the twin beds were only 1 meter wide, which is really too small. That night was a Saturday, so for various reasons, the price of 1700 RMB was quite expensive.
