An absolutely outstanding hotel experience. If you are visiting Macau, staying in Taipa is essential, and this property elevates that experience to another level. The uninterrupted panoramic views were truly breathtaking, creating a sense of luxury and serenity throughout our stay. The room featured state-of-the-art technology, far exceeding the standards of most hotels, and every detail felt thoughtfully designed. Without question, this has been one of the most impressive and memorable hotel stays I have ever experienced.

From the moment you step into the resort, everything feels grand yet thoughtfully organized. Despite the massive scale of the property, the flow is incredibly smooth—staff coordination, guest movement, and overall operations are handled with impressive precision. Nothing feels chaotic; instead, there’s a calm, refined efficiency throughout. One of the standout highlights is the buffet. The food selection is exceptional, offering a wide variety that spans East to West—fresh seafood, refined Western dishes, authentic Asian cuisine, and an indulgent dessert section. Every station is well-managed, constantly replenished, and presented beautifully. It’s clear that both quality and diversity are taken seriously here. Equally impressive is the room service and housekeeping. The rooms are maintained to a very high standard—spotlessly clean, well-organized, and refreshed with great attention to detail. The staff are discreet yet attentive, ensuring everything feels seamless without being intrusive. The resort itself is a destination on its own. The scale is enormous, yet aesthetically cohesive. The beautifully landscaped gardens, elegant pools, and European-inspired architecture create a unique atmosphere. There’s even a charming “castle-like” design element that adds a whimsical, almost fairytale touch to the surroundings—making it feel more like a luxury retreat than just a hotel. Overall, Grand Lisboa Palace is not just about luxury—it’s about execution. The combination of outstanding dining, meticulous service, and thoughtfully designed spaces makes it one of the most complete and satisfying resort experiences in Macau.

The room was spacious and very clean. Its convenient location with direct access to the light rail station made it super easy to get to both the airport and the ferry terminal. From the window, you could see the Wynn Palace fountain, and the night view was truly stunning. The service was excellent, and the staff were all very polite. The deposit was 1000 RMB in cash and was returned in RMB cash upon checkout. The breakfast was decent, nothing particularly surprising.

Stayed at the nearby W Hotel during the Qingming Festival to watch the World Cup. The price was quite high, but it's only a few minutes' walk from the Galaxy Arena. It's just one light rail stop from Hengqin Port. Honestly, the hotel lobby is quite small and hard to find, and the rooms are pretty standard. However, the service was decent; check-in and luggage storage were quick. The restaurant staff were also very friendly, and breakfast had a wide variety of options. From the Cotai room, you can see The Parisian, and the night view is lovely. There's also an airport shuttle bus stop just a two-minute walk downstairs, which is very convenient.

When I checked in, the room wasn't ready, and by the time I came back at night, they said there were no rooms available! Luckily, the hotel upgraded us to the presidential suite for free?! What a pleasant surprise! **Environment:** The hotel is quite close to the Ruins of St. Paul's, surrounded by old buildings, overlooking Zhuhai across the sea. The overall architecture has a sense of history. **Service:** The staff's attitude was excellent. We were queuing for them to call a taxi for us, but no cabs were coming. They asked about our next plans and then directly ran to the roadside to hail a car for us. **Hygiene:** The room's cleanliness was definitely up to par. **Facilities:** The room was super spacious, with every functional area imaginable: a living room, dining room, kitchen, home theater, sauna, massage bed, and a huge bathtub – absolutely amazing!

This was my second stay here and it was perfect! The official check-in time is 3 PM, but I arrived earlier around noon. The front desk staff noticed there was a vacant room and let me check in right away. They even had my luggage sent directly to the room, which was a huge help because the place is quite large and it would have been a trek to carry it myself. The staff also provided a hotel map and some delicious welcome pastries. All in all, I'll definitely be back!

Location: Conveniently located near the bus stop, very close to St. Paul's Ruins, making it easy to dine, shop, and get around. View: I booked the Starlight Suite, which had a large window. It was wonderfully warm with sunlight during the day, and the night view was stunning. Facilities: The room had a sofa, wardrobe, and dining table. The facilities were new, simple, elegant, and high-quality. The branded mattress was also very comfortable to sleep on. Free access to the gym and pool offered double the enjoyment for the price. Cleanliness: The private bathroom was well-designed with a dry and wet separation. The toilet, bathtub, shower, and bedding were all clean and tidy. Breakfast: A wide variety of dishes were available, and the restaurant offered pleasant views from its windows.

My stay at Andaz Macau was a delightful surprise; the overall experience was very comfortable. Check-in at the front desk was smooth, and the staff were professional yet friendly. I'd especially like to thank Elena, Ophelia, and Alex Jiang for their excellent assistance with my inquiries and thoughtful attention to detail throughout my stay – I truly felt well taken care of. The room design was stylish, clean, and quiet, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable, allowing me to sleep soundly until I woke up naturally. The common areas also had a good atmosphere and never felt overcrowded. Overall, it's a hotel I'd happily stay at again and recommend to friends. I'll definitely prioritize staying here on my next trip to Macau.

I absolutely loved staying at Broadway Macau! It is one of the best hotels on the Cotai Strip in Macau. I would love to go back again with me and my whole family. My kid had so much fun playing at the Galaxy Kids Hotel. The room had a free bathtub, a beautiful window, and snacks for us. We also enjoyed the free breakfast, which was delicious and definitely worth it. The hotel has so many amazing facilities, including an outdoor swimming pool, a gym, and parking. Everything felt very luxurious and 5-star. The staff at Broadway Macau were wonderful, from the receptionists to all the attendants, everyone was very kind and made us feel so welcome. Staying at Broadway Macau really made our trip special. Thank you, Broadway Macau, you are a true gem! I can’t wait to come back with me and my whole family.
