This is a cuteeeeee little hotel. And yes its two stars on here, but I have to say, a hotel is just a place to sleep and what you want at the end of the day is a clean, comfortable, and quiet place to do that. This place delivered on that. What's most important is what's around it, and in this area, there is no better place to stay than this hotel. It's situated in this awesome part of Kawazu that is just breathtaking. You can follow this path along all of these different waterfalls, and it's a gorgeous walk. Plus -- it's 5 min walk away from this Onsen that is outside and next to the biggest waterfall, not to mention that their open-air onsen at the hotel itself is stunningly beautiful (I am speaking specifically of the men's onsen -- obviously didn't try the women's!). I think this is a two-star hotel on Trip.com for its services -- there's no room service, gym, amenities, etc... -- but in terms of location and onsen quality, its a four star hotel. My friend and I had a really nice time, and though there are so many places in the world to explore we are unlikely to return ourselves, I would refer people to this hotel without hesitation.
”Tangwu” is located in a villa area 1.8km away from Mount Omuro. It is surrounded by exquisite villas with unique features, quiet and tasteful. From the room, you can see the vast sea, and when you look back, you can see the green mountains and white clouds. I was awakened by the crisp bird calls in the morning, and I could see the sunrise on the balcony. The temperature in May was just right, and the mountain breeze and sea breeze were refreshing and comfortable~#Live in the scenery.
”Tangwu” is decorated with great care. The restaurant and terrace are the highlights. They are spacious and comfortable. The restaurant is also open to the public at noon. The boss is from Xi'an, warm and hospitable, and his cooking skills are online! Meals are charged separately, but the price is very nice, which makes people feel comfortable eating at home when they go out, and it also attracts many Japanese friends around to try~
[Strong]Recommendation reason: clean, quiet, comfortable, beautiful, with meals, the boss is nice, convenient transportation, can pick up and drop off at the station and some attractions such as Mount Omuro
A traditional Japanese hot spring hotel. Originally I booked a Japanese room with a bathroom, but in the end I had to take a bath by myself. What was surprising was that the hot spring was very comfortable. There was an old lady inside who was very hospitable. Even though she didn't speak English, she held a tablet and introduced the various facilities of their hotel along the way. She also introduced that there was a water wheel outside their door, where you could see fireflies. It happened to rain that day, so we didn't see any fireflies. I really want to see them!
Their service is really good. We had just finished checking out and when we turned around, they found that we had missed something, so they gave it to us immediately. This kind of thoughtful service really made me feel at home! The old lady also saw us off. She was very cute and loved to laugh. We kept chatting in half Japanese and half English. She was really kind! I hope she is healthy.
The room is very large, more than enough to sleep four people, very suitable for a big family trip. The facilities in the room are very complete, the decorations are very exquisite, the tatami is very clean, and the bed is soft and comfortable. Although the room does not have a bathroom, you can plan the time for bathing and taking a bath, which is still very comfortable. The bathroom is just opposite the room, with multiple stalls, which is quite convenient. The overnight dried fish for breakfast is very delicious. It is also fun to beat eggs by yourself and fry them with butter. It is very delicious. The public area of the hotel is fully equipped with supplies, free tea and coffee, and you can even play PS5. The boss is very enthusiastic and can send you to Omuro Mountain and Jogasaki Coast for free, which solves a big transportation problem. There are also Chinese waiters at the front desk, who are friendly to Chinese guests.
Japanese-style room, the overall feeling is not bad, you need to drive to reach. There are no bathing facilities in the room and there is a public bathroom. The proprietress has a good service attitude and the Japanese breakfast is more refined.
The proportions of the room are expertly designed, creating a harmonious and inviting environment that feels both comfortable and expansive. Additionally, the window offers a breathtaking view that adds to the overall ambiance and enjoyment of the space.
The first hotel to stay in Japan, obviously feel different from the domestic hotel, the old uncle at the front desk is warm and humble, and there are also attractions and transportation introductions in Ito City, which can be picked up by yourself. The room was very clean. It was just right to live with two friends. The hotel was not far from Ito Station. It was very convenient to transfer in the morning. You can see the mountain view from the bed. There is also a 24-hour self-service laundry room in the hotel. In short, all aspects are very convenient.
The two-day experience of Izu Peninsula is very good. If I brush Izu twice, I will still consider this one.
Take the elderly to see the Kawaji Sakura, which is just in full bloom in mid-February. Very happy. There is a bus to the hotel at the bus stop near Hejin Station. At the information desk, we showed the hotel address, and the uncle staff instructed to get off at the ”Ciyanyuanqian” stop, which is the opposite! It is also convenient (note that the bus schedule is very sparse, the journey takes about 20 minutes, and the fare is 400 yen per person). On the return trip, the hotel has a free car to take us away. The environment of the hotel is elegant and clean, and the dinner and breakfast are all right. There is night cherry during the check-in period, and the hotel has a free car arrangement after dinner (not to imagine China and the United States, it is a pity not to see it). The hotel has to take the stairs and the bathroom is outside the room, so the elderly should pay attention! Overall satisfactory.

MMakhamTravelThe hotel is very clean, the staff are very nice, and they helped me with my luggage before and after checkout despite my only staying there for 1 night.
The room is private but has no door lock, and you can't be loud because the roofs are connected to other rooms.
The room is very clean and has an in-room locker for clothes and your worthy items.
The location is close to Shizuoka JR Station. It is only a 4-minute walk, and it is easy to find.
The bathroom is also clean, as in the photo (I took it when there were no people).
The price is not expensive; it's worth staying. will definitely be there again 👍😊

Ccome with me พามาแล้วอย่าบ่นI was pleasantly surprised to find that this place offers a complimentary dinner! The menu included pork curry rice or pork curry udon—both delicious options. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, making the stay even more enjoyable.
The room came fully stocked with all the necessary amenities, including a traditional Japanese-style pajama set, which was a nice touch. There's a shared hot bath available for men only, open from 5:00 PM to 7:00 AM the next day—perfect for relaxing after a long day.
They also offer a Japanese-style breakfast buffet, which had a great variety and tasted amazing.
Additional conveniences include free parking, as well as vending machines with drinks, snacks, and beer. There's also a coin-operated washer and dryer, which came in handy during the trip.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and thoughtful stay!

GGuest UserMuch more than expected. It's an impressive hotel that I want to tell others about. The location of the hotel is not far from JR Shizuoka Station, just a 10-minute walk. The room I requested was on a high floor. I got a room on the top floor. Plus a very beautiful view. The room, although small by Japanese standards, is clean and has all the amenities. I sleep well Because there is no noise at all. The hotel also provides breakfast and coffee and tea. The staff provide very good service. Always giving advice and helping as well. Asked for warm water because I wasn't feeling well even though it was already past check-out time. But she hurriedly went to find it for me. Like this, it's a good hotel that should be shared and recommended.
GGuest UserSuch a lovely hostel, more like a hotel it was so spacious honestly the bathroom toilet washroom was so clean and tidy.
The staff were so wonderful and helpful I highly recommend this hostel I really enjoyed my stay
AAnonymous UserIt seemed to be the day of a fireworks display and was very popular that day.
Check-in was done in one part of the coffee shop.
We apologize when it is crowded as the general public also enjoys tea.
The rooms have air conditioning, but the beds do not, so it feels very hot and difficult to stay there.
There are no towels or toothbrushes.
You need to bring your own.
Earplugs were available at the washbasin.
There is only one shower and one toilet, so you have to be patient when others are using them.
I woke up in the middle of the night when someone came home and took a shower because of the noise.
You have to cross a big road from the station, so it is better to go out with plenty of time to spare.
WWongThe location is ideal, close to the beach, parking spaces can be arranged, there are large shopping stores nearby, and the hotel retains the advanced equipment that has been used for many months, which is a bit surprised.
FFeixiangdefeigegeThe shop is halfway up the mountain, ancient and mysterious.
If you are for sentiment, you can try the century-old house, which feels like going back to your grandma's house, but there are many rules. For example, there is a curfew at 9:00. I experienced the feeling of being soaked and unable to go home. It is ancient but clean, and the outdoor hot spring is very warm. If you want to be comfortable, forget it, a bed occupies a room.
There must be a problem with communication. I added Chinese WeChat, but no one responded to me. The language is impossible to communicate with the new cleaner.
Foreigners are discouraged.
GGuest UserFirst Experience at the Hostel
Go out of the room to take a shower ok
But it's less trouble to go out of the room and go to the toilet
More and more shared spaces
Large lobby kitchen and fully equipped
Common toilets, small baths and kitchenette on each floor
