Everything was just great, I really liked the hotel. Spacious quiet room, everything worked, they cleaned every day although in principle it was not necessary. What was especially pleasing was the very friendly girl at the reception and she understands English. There is parking at the hotel for motorbikes. And the location is very cool, literally 5 minutes to the beach and the embankment, and also nearby is a street with a night market and fast food.

Absolutely fantastic highly recommend this hotel it was immaculate everything about it right from the bedding to the room to the floor to the showers in the towels to the sheets to the mattress outstanding not only was the price unbelievably incredible $11.60 per night Australian the service the staff is there translator for everything that we asked . In my opinion this is one of the best hotels we stayed in In Viet Nam so far and believe me with setting for the few it’s always a really good feeling when you strip the beds and check out and even the mattress is immaculate and the pillows so absolutely 100% guarantee you’ll love it here and location is perfect you can hire a motorbike from reception there so helpful it’s the best I wouldn’t even think of going down the street for the extra or the under whatever you want to pay but yeah if you want to pay 60 bucks that’s great but why did you pay $60 when you can pay 11 and to be honest with you you’re probably gonna get a bit around a cleaner room and better service

Receptionist Quỳnh is helpful, quick to respond. Room rate offers was good. The Room is basic but very comfortable. Location is close to the beaches and many coffee shops and restaurants. Great location.

The hotel staff was very helpful and responded to various requests before the stay. It is close to the beach, and there are many places to eat, and I think it is in a pretty good location in Quinn. The hotel is clean and comfortable. I stayed for 4 days, but it was a pity that the guests were noisy in the corridor from early in the morning (from 6:30) every day.

I had bad experience in this hotel. 1. Booked a room, good on the photo. Actually I was given a room on the first floor next to the reception and right next to the elevator. This is a joke, not a room, this room should not even be used as a room for guests in the hotel. If you open the curtains, you can see the garbage tank and the passers-by on the street. I first got this number in my life, although I travel frequently. Change this number turned out only with a surcharge. The number that with a surcharge is satisfactory, can stay. 2) We arrived at the hotel after a long road tired. As I always do in all hotels, showed the passport photo. The hotel staffer couldn't take a passport photo from the phone, asked to send to Zalo, 10 minutes I tried to send him a photo, sent him in the end. Once he got a photo of the passport he asked me to show my visa.... If you need to look at the visa, why not immediately tell about it, and it is necessary to wait while I was tired 10 minutes trying to send a photo? The passport was on the bottom of the bag, had to get. But it was possible to say at once that you want to see the passport, why 10 minutes to watch as I try to send a photo.... 3) Set my motorcycle to a parking lot at the hotel, parking on the street. In the morning my motorcycle was all in bird pockets. Thanks to girls at the reception, though they gave a napkin to wipe the motorcycle. Residence outcome: I am very displeased, rarely write reviews and this is my first negative review. So disappointed with staying at this hotel.
