Many flat lands in the center of Fukuoka City, and high-rise buildings cannot be built because the airport is close, so such a place is one of the famous night views. It is about 15 minutes by car from around Meihama. There is a bus route for Nishitetsu, but I think there will be only a car at night because it is the main thing to move by car around here. You can see the scenery in the direction of Hyakudo. You need to be careful under your feet because there are not many lights at night.
