General Cai Tingxuan is the commander-in-chief of the 19th Army of the National People's Army, a famous democratic person in China, a patriotic general, a national hero of the resistance to Japan, and a famous general of a generation. He led the 19th Road Army to fight against the Japanese army in Shanghai on January 28, 1932. His tomb is located in the 19th Road Army Cemetery in Guangzhou.
