On July 7, 1937, the Japanese army launched the Lugou Bridge incident in Lugou Bridge, southwest of Beiping. It marks the beginning of the all-round war of Japanese imperialism against China and the starting point for the Chinese nation to carry out an all-round war of resistance. The first major victory in China's frontal battlefield since the all-round war of resistance is Taierzhuang Grand Rapids. On April 7, 1938, the Chinese army annihilated 1,1984 Japanese troops at the cost of more than 30,000 casualties and most of the city's destruction, recaptured Taierzhuang and obtained a witness to the fierce battle. Taierzhuang War Ruins Park is divided into several areas: in the War Ruins Area, the bullet hole wall and part of the broken wall will be preserved intact, and the war scene will be reproduced; in the sculpture area, with a highly generalized artistic technique, the tragic scene of the year will be reproduced; At the same time, the Taierzhuang War Diary Memorial Hall was established to collect the diaries written by Chinese and Japanese soldiers during the war, showing the heroic spirit of our soldiers and the disasters caused by the invasion war. The memorial hall adopts the most advanced display means to let tourists experience the cruelty of war.
