My stay at this hotel was truly exceptional from the very first moment. The welcome was impeccable, making me feel immediately comfortable and valued as a guest. Upon arrival, we were delighted to receive a basket of fresh fruit, which was a thoughtful and refreshing touch. The following day, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary breakfast. Everything was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of high-quality options. What made the experience even more special was the breathtaking view over the village, which created a perfect and relaxing atmosphere. I would also like to highlight the reception staff, who were extremely kind, attentive, and always ready to help. Every one of my requests was met with efficiency and a smile, including assistance with laundry services. Overall, this hotel exceeded all expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay.

This hotel was wonderful. Room was fantastic and mostly the staff was amazing! I raise my hat to Wu and Gu who assisted me during all my stay providing me connections to my tours and all surrounding communities. Since the weather was at the greatest for sightseeing; I’ll definitely have to comeback to visit again and this hotel would be again one of my first choice.🥰🙏 thank you again for this great experience.

Staying here was absolutely wonderful! The location is fantastic, right in the city center, with shopping districts and a subway station just outside, making getting around incredibly convenient. The room was spacious and bright, the bedding was soft and clean, and the soundproofing was excellent. The front desk service was warm and attentive, and they even upgraded our room for free. The breakfast spread was rich and varied, and the food tasted great. It offers amazing value for money, and I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit. Highly recommend it to everyone!

My first impression walking in was how clean and comfortable the environment was. It was brightly lit with a well-designed layout, which immediately made me feel relaxed. The staff were incredibly friendly, not only kind and approachable but also professional and courteous, always responding promptly to requests. The cleanliness was exceptional; I didn't find a single spot that was dirty. The facilities were also comprehensive, with everything from tables and chairs to equipment being well-maintained and providing a smooth user experience. Overall, it was a very pleasant and satisfying experience.

Received very good service from the hotel’s butler Lily. She helped us book the attraction tickets and explained the routes to us in detail. As we were not used to the local food. She went out of the way to help us arrange for MacDonald food delivery. I booked the executive queen room and got room 1501 on the highest floor. Room was of good size with nice view. Bed is comfortable. Only issue is the water heater needs to be fix. It was ok on my first day but it wasn’t as strong on the 2nd. I have informed the hotel to look into it. Breakfast is good

An absolutely delightful stay at InterContinental! Location: The hotel is perfectly situated at the confluence of the Liuyang and Xiang Rivers, right next to Beichenhui Joy City. There's a direct walkway from the hotel lobby into the mall, making dining, entertainment, and shopping incredibly convenient. It's also a comfortable 5-7 minute walk to Beichen Delta Metro Station, passing other malls like Fenghuanghai along the way. The surrounding area is a residential neighborhood with plenty of local eateries on the ground floor shops. Room: As a member celebrating a birthday, I was upgraded to a balcony room directly overlooking the Xiang River. The view was expansive and unobstructed. The 270° balcony essentially offered panoramic views. Unfortunately, it rained heavily in Changsha over the weekend, so visibility was poor due to heavy mist during the day, though it improved slightly in the afternoon and evening. From the lounge, you can enjoy views of the Changsha Library area, or step out onto the outdoor balcony for a different perspective. Ambiance: The facilities are still very new. The lobby bar is spacious, and the first-floor breakfast restaurant had far more seating than I anticipated. The overall decor is very stylish. It's also very comfortable to just sit and relax in the first-floor lobby. Food: I experienced the lounge's happy hour, breakfast, and the main lobby breakfast. They offered local specialties like liangfen (cold noodles) and rice noodles. There was a wide variety of Western and Chinese options. The Western selection had a good number of delicious baked goods. The bar was quite busy in the mornings with many people getting coffee and tea. Service: The service was incredibly warm, meticulous, and professional. During check-in, the front desk staff introduced us to all the hotel's functional areas and features. A special thank you to Cathy for her outstanding contribution to our stay. Since we were celebrating my partner's birthday, Cathy thoughtfully arranged decorations and a welcome dessert for us. Throughout our stay, she responded to our inquiries quickly and professionally and actively addressed my previous requests. My partner described the entire stay as comfortable, surprising, and heartwarming. Once again, thank you to Cathy for her professionalism and dedication. And thanks to all the staff for their service, which made us feel right at home. I'm very much looking forward to returning to InterContinental Beichen when the mountains are ablaze with autumn colors!

My stay at the Four Points by Sheraton was absolutely perfect, and I must especially praise the front desk service and the gym! The professionalism and thoughtfulness of the front desk team were incredibly heartwarming. Despite arriving during peak hours, there was no long wait; the staff efficiently checked my information, explained the facilities, and the entire check-in process took less than 3 minutes. When I inquired about nearby transportation, they not only provided detailed route recommendations but also thoughtfully offered bottled water upon departure. Their attentive attention to detail completely dispelled my travel fatigue. The hotel gym was a delightful surprise. It was spacious and bright, with equipment far exceeding that of other hotels in the same price range. The environment was quiet and clean, with no noise, and the floors were always dry. Towels and drinking water were also provided. The 24-hour operation was incredibly convenient, allowing me to enjoy a workout anytime, whether it was a morning exercise or an evening relaxation session, easily maintaining my fitness routine during my travels. From service to facilities, everything was impeccable, offering exceptional value for money. It's already on my must-visit list for my next trip.

I was utterly fascinated by Manyuan hotel. First of all, the location is excellent, as you go on foot to the Zhangjiajie scenic area entrance, enjoying a wonderful stroll next to the river and trees. It is a quiet and central location. Regarding the service, all personnel one by one made sure I was satisfied with anything I needed. Very friendly and easy to communicate with, they organised my complete 4-day itinerary in advance, booking all attraction tickets so I had nothing to worry about. Every day they would explain the details of the next one, so everything was smooth and seamless. The room was delicate and spacious. The bed and pillows were extra comfortable. You could gaze laying down at the beautiful river view. They have a very fast and clean laundry service, as well as great room service. Travelling around China for one month and can easily say this hotel was the best gift I made to myself (along with the bungee jump at the Grand Canyon Glass Bridge 😁). Thank you for everything guys, hope I can stay there again someday.

The facilities and services are well-matched to the price. It's definitely recommendable. It has a fridge and a microwave. The air conditioning works great. The only minor issue is that the shower water pressure is a bit weak. There's a gym and self-service laundry available. You can park right outside, and there are many restaurants downstairs. You can walk about 2km to the Tianmen Mountain cable car station after coming down. The staff are all very polite and respond quickly. Very good! 👍

Foggy Valley in Zhangjiajie is truly something special. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by how beautiful and thoughtfully designed the entire property is, it feels like a true luxury retreat set right in the middle of breathtaking scenery. Our room was gorgeous, spacious, and impeccably maintained. Every detail felt thoughtful and elevated. The service was outstanding, attentive, responsive, and genuinely warm. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, from arranging transportation to making sure every request was handled seamlessly. The food was delicious and plentiful, and the tea service demonstration was a memorable highlight. We also enjoyed in room massages, which were incredibly relaxing and added to the overall experience. A special touch we loved was the animals on the property. The puppy, along with the friendly dogs and cats, brought so much charm and warmth to our stay. Foggy Valley is peaceful, luxurious, and truly memorable. We would absolutely stay here again.
