GGuest UserIt is walking distance from central bus station but have to take 3 stops to central train station. The paid breakfast is €12.50 which is more expensive than other hostel of €8.50. The hostel is very big so have to walk a long distance to the dorm. Staffs are friendly and place is clean. Dorm is spacious with toilet and bathroom.

They are happy to serve you, not one person but every staff that I encountered. I got a surprise birthday cake in my room with a hand written note, am truly grateful and heartfelt. AammobiI stayed here temporarily to work on a paper. The footsteps upstairs were incredibly loud, I'm not sure if it was the stairs or something else. The room itself was a nice studio, well-decorated and laid out, but it smelled of new construction and cooking. Check-in was quite easy, but the room didn't even have a deadbolt. People often gathered to smoke outside the entrance downstairs. I wouldn't really recommend it for single women who are easily scared. It's right next to OEZ, so shopping is quite convenient. It's a very cheap hotel, and for the price, the environment was decent. The sheets had some dirty spots, I don't think they'd been changed. I just shook them off and went back to sleep…

MMinachi-This hotel is super close, only about a 5-minute walk from Munich Central Station. The hotel itself is a bit older, but it's very well-maintained and clean. For a Japanese person, the room felt incredibly spacious and comfortable.

The breakfast buffer spread is great, my favorites are salmon + horseradish and croissant. Extensive selection of beverages from juices, coffee, tea and milk. The room provides nice bedding with comfortable pillows and the toilet is spacious.

TTravellerLMy stay at the Munich Art Hotel was absolutely fantastic! The decor is very stylish and there are many artworks adorning the hotel. The location is incredibly convenient, being right next to Munich Central Station. It's super easy to get anywhere in the city by train, subway, or tram, which is a real time-saver for travelers. The room rate was very affordable, and the room was cleaned daily, making for a very satisfying overall stay. The guy at the front desk was also really friendly and welcoming; he'd always greet me warmly whenever I came and went, which made me feel right at home. Plus, a free and generous breakfast was offered every morning. All in all, it's a hotel with a great location, reasonable prices, and a warm, personal touch. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Munich.

SSC CheersThe hotel room is very comfortable. The bedsheets smell hygiene and good. I love the bathroom with beautiful bathtub 🛀. They provide very comfortable bathrobes by default. Their service is excellent. Can ask for extra still water and standard stuff without charging.
I would definitely wanna book the same hotel if I am in Munich. Location is just next to the main interchange train station with direct ride to Munich Airport.

MMax TravellerOverall, a rather average experience – especially for a 4-star hotel.
The location is definitely the biggest advantage of the hotel, as it is very conveniently located close to the main train station. The hotel was also flexible and helpful with a few practical things: luggage storage worked without any problems, and getting a second room key was also straightforward.
Unfortunately, the actual hotel standards were less convincing. The room was generally clean, but the cleaning felt rather superficial. There was still some dust and dirt in the corners, including in the bathroom. It wasn’t bad enough to make us uncomfortable, but for a 4-star hotel, we expected a higher level of cleanliness.
One of the biggest issues was that the air conditioning was not working during our stay. We were not informed about this in advance or when checking in. Luckily, there was a thunderstorm during the night, which cooled things down a little. Without that, the lack of air conditioning could have been a significant problem.
The room amenities also felt rather basic. The pillows were far too thin, and the towels in the bathroom felt almost like disposable towels and were not particularly comfortable. Overall, there was a recurring impression that the hotel was providing the bare minimum rather than trying to offer a proper 4-star experience.
The breakfast itself had a reasonable selection and was generally fine. However, the breakfast room was located in the basement and felt quite dark and cramped.
There was also one unpleasant interaction at breakfast. When I arrived, I was asked for my room number and gave it as requested. A few minutes later, a staff member came back and told me that breakfast was not included in my booking. The way this was communicated felt more like an accusation than a simple question or clarification. I was quite sure that I had booked breakfast, and after checking again, she found that it was indeed included. There was no real apology afterwards. This may well have been an isolated incident, but the interaction was still unpleasant and did not improve the overall impression.
Overall, our stay was average to slightly below average. Given the price and the expectations that come with a 4-star hotel, we expected considerably more. The location is really the main highlight.

GGuest UserThe location couldn't be better. It's right across the street from the train station, and thanks to that, the convenience store access was also great.
All subway lines are connected to the central station, so whether it was the exhibition hall, the airport, or deep into the old town, getting around was very convenient.
The bed was very comfortable, and the water pressure and drainage were both fine. The air conditioning was a little bit of a letdown, but it wasn't a problem for use.
Breakfast might get a bit tiresome if you stay for a long time, but there's a good variety, making it suitable for choosing what you like.
The only minor drawback is that outside noise isn't completely blocked out.
